Mega lieve receptioniste! Die alles voor je wilde regelen. En ook fijn dat ze een eigen taxi chauffeur hadden.

Excellent hotel for the money, with lovely staff
Pros:

Siwan (sorry for the spelling!) the manager was excellent - she couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. The hotel is excellent value for money and clean with air conditioning and a lovely pool. It is away from the main area of Sairee, so a 10-minute walk which may not suit everyone, but in the end it worked well for us as it meant it is quieter.

Cons:

Some guests stayed up very late talking loudly around the pool and there was no visible night staff to ask them to be quiet for the benefit of guests that wanted to sleep (and who had an early start for diving). The guests left the next day and we had peace after that.

מיקום טוב,קרוב לרחוב הראשי אך לא עליו(יש שקט באזור המלון) בריכה מהממת,מנהלת המקום אישה מקסימה,אוספים מהרציף בחינם.

חדר המקלחת אפרורי וחשוך,מזגן קטן על חדר גדול
אם אתם שוהים המון במהלך היום במלון ורגישים לרעש,שימו לב שיש אתר בנייה באזור המלון.(לנו לא הפריע)

Pros:

De ligging was prima. De omgeving was rustig en vanaf hier makkelijk met de scooter het eiland verkennen.

Cons:

We kwamen aan en toen zagen we het al meteen: een grote groep Engelse gasten hadden het zwembad geclaimd. Ze maakten er een puinhoop van: overal lag pizza, blikken bier, schoenen langs het zwembad, harde muziek tot laat in de avond (er was dan geen hotel personeel meer) etc. Het was fijn geweest als het personeel de andere gasten hier voor in bescherming had genomen. Hierdoor zijn we geen 1 keer in het zwembad geweest. Ook viel ons meteen op: de bouwplaats langs het hotel. Heel veel overlast/geluid. Waar het hotel niets aan kan doen. Maar als we dit hadden geweten hadden we niet geboekt.
Toen kwamen we in de slaapkamer: de handdoeken roken muf en er zaten zelfs vlekken in het beddengoed. Maar we kwamen daar pas te laat achter dus hebben die avond in vies beddengoed geslapen (ze roken hergebruikt van de vorige gasten). Om 18 uur sluit de receptie, waar 1 persoon werkt. Vonden wij onhandig. We vroegen de volgende dag om schone lakens op het bed. Helaas werden deze toen niet ververst. Dus weer geslapen in vieze lakens. De derde dag werden ze pas ververst, zaten er weer vlekken in (voelbaar, vies). Ook in de kussens.
Ik vond het ons geld niet waard.
De vrouw (enige personeel dat we gezien hebben) was erg vriendelijk en hielp ons met het regelen van de scooter.

Der Pool und Balkon sind sehr schön. Wir konnten einen Roller am Hotel mieten.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider in zwei Zimmern Bettwanzen. Nachdem ich nach der ersten Nacht 16 Bisse hatte, haben wir das Zimmer in ein anderes Stockwerk gewechselt. Leider war es dort das gleiche. Fürchterlich. Die Bäder sind dunkel und schimmlig. Die Handtücher riechen schon vor der Benutzung fürchterlich und nach der Benutzung noch schlimmer. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig. Gegenüber vom Pool ist eine Baustelle. Da kann das Hotel nichts für aber man sollte diese Info teilen damit die Gäste informiert sind.

Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables en revanche elles donnent directement sur la piscine. C’est assez gênant de devoir laisser les volets fermés … il serait peut être bien devoir mettre des rideaux laissant passer la lumière

Great hotel - would recommend!
Pros:

A great hotel and very reasonable price for Koh Tao! Staff were so lovely - especially the wonderful lady who works at reception. So helpful and kind! Pool was great and location was perfect (close enough to bars and restaurants but not so close that it’s noisy!). Would highly recommend!

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location - close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle of Sairee Beach but far enough away that you are not bothered by the noise. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The pool was refreshing and so deep!

Cons:

There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and the shower had little to no pressure or hot water - that being said, we appreciate that is the reality of being on an island!

Good value in a fun area.
Pros:

Room was nice and large. Room was very clean.
Pool and outdoor area was 5 Star! Very serene and tile around pool and bean loungers were washed every day. Really gorgeous!
Location was good. A five minute easy walk to crazy area with restaurants, bars, shops and 5 minutes more to beach.
Free pickup at pier. Lovely staff!

Cons:

Bathroom was adequate, but poor lighting and the shower gets the floor all wet . We didn’t care for how the towels smelled. Kind of a burned smell?
