Ok Budget stay but overall wouldn’t return
Pros:

Pool
Water refill tank

Staff carried my suitcase to my room
10-15min walk to main area and beach

Cons:

Extremely hard mattress
Shower not separate from rest of bathroom so gets wet and setup was a bit awkward
No elevator so depending on where your room is may need to climb stairs
We asked to arrange a transfer to the pier the day prior for when we checked out and were quoted 100baht per person and on the day we came down at the agreed time it was as if they had no idea about it and then said it would be 150baht per person
We only got our room made up once during our stay by choice but strangely after we did there were lots of bugs in the room which we previously didn’t have an issue with, we assume they left the door and window open whilst cleaning which is unpleasant to return to

Good value option
Pros:

Very good value for money - great location - short walk to restaurants/beach and pool was lovely. Easy to hire a good quality bike and appreciated the free pick up from the pier and the refillable water

Cons:

Not enough beanbags/chairs around the pool - I think there were 4 in total.
The toilet seat in our room didn't fit properly and the towels smelled pretty damp after 1 use.

Pros:

We had a delightful stay here. We stayed for five nights and felt we had everything we needed close by but they are also able to help with scooter rentals. The pool is the cleanest I have seen anywhere and it was a calm atmosphere to relax in.

Pros:

The rooms were a good size and super clean! The staff cleaned them every day.
Lovely staff
Great sized pool in a good location

Cons:

The photos used for the pool area do not reflect real life. There are no beds by the pool only 5 uncomfortable leather bean bags so no where near enough for the hotel guests.
There is also very loud construction work going on next door which we were not informed about at any point during the booking process. This made it impossible to relax at the hotel pool
I don’t think the price of this hotel reflects well for what you get

Friendly helpful staff, clean and nice location
Pros:

Very friendly staff, especially the lady at reception. It was quiet at night due to it being a little out the way of the town, but also only a 5-10 minute walk into the centre. The room was spotless and cleaners were helpful when we had trouble with the air con- which was otherwise great! The staff also helped us with a lift when we wanted to get somewhere, at a better price than local taxis.

Cons:

There was a little construction noise during the day, but this was explained to us at the time of placing our booking so can’t complain!

Pros:

Das Bett war gross und das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Der Safe ist zu klein, in der heutigen Zeit sollte der Safe mindestens die Laptop Grösse haben.
Der Balkon wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt.

Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable, spacious too! We also rented a bike for the day which was smooth. Good location, the main area/road is walkable and about a 10min walk to Sairee beach!
