Pros:

The hotel is lovely, perfect place to stay if you want to be near all the action but away from the noise at night. Swan and her driver are kind and helpful with anything you need, definitely recommend staying here

Séjour agréable avec un service qui fait la différence
Pros:

Emplacement proche de tout sans être dans l’animation constante
Services à disposition vraiment SUPER
Location de scooter/transport/taxi directement disponible à l’hôtel.
La réceptionniste (fille du propriétaire je pense) est VRAIMENT super et est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos attentes.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen und ein sehr sauberes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett sowie ein gepflegter großer Pool. Katze wohnt auch dort und wird umsorgt, das ist immer ein gutes Zeichen. Reibungsloser Transport zum Pier sowie Abholung konnten (auch vorab via WhatsApp) organisiert werden. Lage ist zentral, man kann viele Restaurants zu Fuss erreichen, gleichzeitig ist es hier nicht zu trubelig. Mann kann es hier wirklich gut ein paar Tage aushalten

Keine Kritik, eher ein paar Anregungen:

Für die Pool-Appartements wäre eine Möglichkeit, Badesachen aufzuhängen, schön.

Position der Schlüsselkarte für den Strom im Zimmer ist schlecht gewählt, sodass man erst einmal im Dunkeln durchs ganze Zimmer laufen muss, um Licht einschalten zu können.

Schön wären auch andere Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool, hier gab es nur wenige Sitzsäcke. Nebenan wird derzeit gebaut, es war tagsüber also recht laut. Natürlich nur eine temporäre Einschränkung.

Ausgezeichneter Ort um auf Samui zu übernachten.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage. Zentrum zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Scooter Verleih vor Ort. Passkopie reicht aus. Kaution in € hinterlegt und kostenloser Shuttle zum Hotel vom Pier.

Toller Aufenthalt & super Preis-Leistung :)
Pros:

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr komfortabel und die Betten weich. Es ist sauber und wird auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt. Das Highlight ist der Pool :)

Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr lieb und kümmert sich um jedes Anliegen. Wir haben uns einen Roller für einen guten Preis gemietet. Die Abholung bei der Ankunft am Hafen ist auch sehr praktisch und auf Wunsch kann man sich auch zurückbringen lassen.

Die Lage ist auch super: das Hotel ist relativ ruhig gelegen und man läuft nur gute 5 Minuten zu Cafés und Restaurants.

Pros:

Muchas cosas. La piscina es la mas limpia y grande que encontre en mis vacaciones. La ubicacion es perfecta. Te alejas del lio solo pocos minutos andando. Pudimos descansar bien.
El personal increiblemente amable. Un destlle importante fue que nos buscaron gratis en el puerto cuando llegamos a ko tao. Y tambien tenian scooter para retar. Lo tenian todo jaja. Volveré

Pros:

The location is perfect, very close to the main streets, restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The swimming pool is great. Above all, the staff is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. I can’t thank the receptionist enough for everything she did to make our stay the absolute best!

The bathroom can be improved. There is not much water pressure in the shower.

Pros:

Nos recogieron del puerto y el servicio nos atendio de maravilla. Muy antentos y serviciales. Los cuartos amplios y limpios. Una piscina muy agradable. Servicio de lavanderia entre otros y una bar en la piscina muy agradable. Volveria a repetir.

Cons:

Lo unico es que me hubiera gustado que se repusiera el agua en las habitación y se dejara más cantidad de toallas por persona.

Perfect place to stay for a short stay in Koh Tao
Pros:

Easy walk to the main strip and beach but far enough away to be a bit quieter at night. Great communication from the very friendly lady at reception, who arranged a free transfer to the hotel from the pier.
