Pros:

kind stuff and big and clean rooms

Cons:

Poor breakfast for 5 stars hotel, the eggs station smells foul and stinky that I couldn’t finish my breakfast and had my breakfast outside the hotel

Nice stay. Great staff! We can definitely recommend the hotel
Pros:

There was mold in the ceiling in the first room We got. Although the staff were very nice and understanding and helped us with switching rooms.
They were very helpful with all of our questions.

The hotel was located less that 5 minutes away from the metro.

We would definitely come again.

Cons:

First room has a certain moist smell and feeling: second room was fine.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel gut und zentral gelegen. Die Eingangshalle ist eindrucksvoll gestaltet und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

Zimmer 315 ist eine Katastrophe. Furchtbarer Ausblick und sehr laut, schlecht isoliert. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist klein und es gibt wenige Liegen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut! Keine 5 Sterne

Eu gostei muito da estadia.
Pros:

Cafe da manha excelente. Otima localizacao. Servico muito bom.

Cons:

O ar condicionado nao regula rapido. O quarto fica muito frio ou quente. Preferiria que nao tivesse carpete no quarto.

Good hotel in Panama City
Pros:

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and food I had at lunch or during snacks was certainly tasty. There are other food options in the area. One can relax at the swimming pool outside and gym was enough for a few days at the hotel. Easy connection by Uber to airport and other parts of the city.

Cons:

Room was on the street side and during the night the noises coming from outside were very loud: a thicker or double glass windows would definitely help with noise-insulation. Meeting rooms were either too cold or too warm, there was no way to regulate the temperature.

Pros:

Hotel ubicado en pleno centro de Panamá, con instalaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas. El restaurante tiene un menú con pocas pero deliciosas opciones.

Cons:

El restaurante/bar cierra demasiado temprano, lo cual no limita tener reuniones o citas en sus instalaciones. Entiendo que es para asegurar la tranquilidad de los huespedes, pero considero que las 9.30pm sigue siendo demasiado temprano a pesar de que la indicación en Maps y otros referentes indicaba 10.00pm.

We will stay there again when we fly into Panama City for a few night

Bonita estancia primera vez en Panamá
Pros:

El servicio y la atención del personal es impecable, el desayuno muy bueno también.

Cons:

La piscina podría ser temperada ya que le llega poco sol y solo detalles estéticos como que quizá falta algo de renovación en las habitaciones y pasillos, pero igual es un 10.
