Pros:

I did not try the breackfast unfortunately for shortage of time so I cant comment on that. But in general liked the hotel its old style and amaizing , the room size and its bathroom, the facility, the space and the bright lighting everwhere, frindly staff and helpy from cheking in until leaving. Clean and comfort room. Good location with eazy access to transportation or shoping and resturants and grossary arounf. And more of that its provide HALAL food

Jedini hotel u kojem spavam kada sam u ZG. Nema konkurenciju.

Cons:

Iako sam noćila više puta u ovom hotelu, docekalo me malo neugodno iznenadenje. Naime kada smo usli u sobu, u wc-u nas je docekao mokra tus kabina kao da se neko upravo otusirao i da nije ocisceno. Sve smo prijavili recepciji te cura koja je radila tamo docekala nas je kao da lazemo jer njoj nije bilo jasno kako je soba prljava kada je inspektirana, te je ton bio kao da mi lažemo iako to nema smisla nikakvog. Njen kolega joj je savjetovao da nam da novu sobu dok je ona i dalje bila u šoku te smo istu i dobili. Savjet da se poradi na ljubaznosti i profesionalnosti odredenih ljudi koji rade na recepciji. Ovo je bila iznimka jer je inace osoblje na vrhunskom nivou.

Starost, smrad iz klima uredaja koji nije niti radio. Trazili povrat za jednu noc jer smo otisli ranije zbog hladnoce u sobi, ni to nisu bili u stanju vratiti.
