Vrhunsko iskustvo u srcu Zagreba!
Pros:

Upravo sam se vratio iz hotela Esplanade i dojmovi su sjajni. Hotel je prekrasan, odiše elegancijom i poviješću, a usluga je na visokoj razini od samog trenutka dolaska.
Ono što bih posebno istaknuo je doručak – bio je zaista odličan. Ponuda je raznolika, namirnice su svježe i kvalitetne, a atmosfera u blagovaonici je vrlo ugodna. Sve je bilo na razini koju očekujete od hotela s pet zvjezdica.
Sve u svemu, bilo je to izvrsno iskustvo i svakako se planiram vratiti. Preporuka svima koji traže vrhunski smještaj u Zagrebu!

Pros:

Location and they upgard my room
Also door men who helped us on luggage

Cons:

The check in / check out process was complicated. When I checked in they ask for card for payment so I assume that they took the money. Also they ask for dopsite 100 uro per night and I gave it cash to them .
During check out the respetion told me that they didn't took the money they just hold the money from card .This is very complicated and old processing they should take the entire stay cost first day in one transaction.
Also , I dont like that no water complimentary in thr room first day or following day .all coritia hotels provide free water in your room .

Never again.
Pros:

Nothing. The room was extremely small with only one pillow so obviously the room was a single one. It was on the top floor, it was loud as the room did not have a windows. We could clearly hear the people on the street. There was a storm during the night, the window was soaked with water. The only person who deserves a thanks was the valet. He was extremely polite and helped us any time we needed. Give him a raise.

Cons:

The room was dirty, filled with dust. The receptionist was quite unexperienced, it took a long time at check in, she had to ask her colleagues all the time regarding numerous things.
