Not a luxury experience
Pros:

Good location, overall good food.

Cons:

The hotel tries to give you a luxury experience, but misses the mark. First, staff are generally cold or distant, and their service is not consistent. Eg concierge took our luggages inside, but then did not offer to take them to our room, and they randomly opened doors for guests or not. We got a cot on request, but the cot was very old and not fit for a hotel. We got a kettle on request to warm our baby’s food, the kettle couldn’t be used as if caused electrical short in the room. You can do in-room service by downloading an app, which had bugs and could not be consistently used.
In short: don’t expect exceptional service

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and timeless. The staff were always happy to help. We had a very early flight and they managed to get us in to our room a lot earlier than the check in time. This was a God send after a 24hr+ travel day.

Cons:

There was no kettle in the room but when we asked for one we got it
