The hotel was clean and convenient for our time there.
Pros:

The property was easily accessible from activities we were in town for.

Cons:

The hotel staff member that checked us in was less than friendly at check-in. Seemed irritated to come to the front to help. Did not greet us, just said, “last name” after several seconds of waiting for assistance.
The room temperature did not regulate well. The room was either hot or cold and uncomfortable.

Hidden gem, excellent service
Pros:

The good breakfast contributed to a positive start to our day, and the friendliness of the staff was a refreshing change to other places I have visited. From checking in to requesting supplies, everyone was accommodating and nice. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. We liked our stay so much that we are coming back in a week to stay again.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the pool not being available. It was understandable that it was not open to the public due to the high levels of tree pollen in the pool. It looked like a swamp, and hopefully, when we return, it will be open to public use.
