Not alot to be honest
Night entertainment was very disappointing. Food was very hit and miss.
Sobre todo el personal en cualquiera de las áreas y servicios que ofrece el hotel. El tamaño de las habitaciones, el baño y el tamaño y la comodidad de la cama.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación, a pesar de estar al máximo y todo el día funcionando, era insuficiente y en ocasiones se estaba mejor en la terraza que en la habitación. A requerimiento, vino el técnico, y nos dijo que todo estaba bien, pero por el calor y la ocupación del hotel, no daba más de sí, algo inaudito, porque el aire es precisamente para cuando hace calor, que tampoco era excesivo en el exterior. La pequeña nevera de la habitación tampoco enfriaba lo suficiente a pesar de ponerla al máximo.
Como curiosidad, desde 45' antes de que la abrieran, se formaban largas colas en las entradas de la piscina para coger sitio en las hamacas y en mas de una ocasión había gente desayunando en las mesas aledañas a la piscina y cuando los operarios daban permiso para acceder, varias personas de estas, saltaban por donde no debían para colarse y llegar antes incluso que los de la cola para poner la toalla en las ansiadas hamacas. Creo que deberían controlar esto, por respeto a los que están tanto tiempo en la cola
Ubicación
Fui con mi pareja y nos dijeron vais a tener suerte porque no quedan habitaciones para dos personas, lo cual nos metieron en una con una habitación más con una litera ( no sé cuál es la mejora ahí, me voy a ir yo o mi mujer a dormir a la literal?) lo cual las habitaciones eran mucho más viejas y bastantes estropeadas, llena de dibujos por todos lados de niños, porque el resort tiene dos partes, una vieja y una nueva, la habitación que yo reservé se supone por fotos era la nueva, así que muy deficiente, si voy a Lanzarote otra vez desde luego Barceló no será mi alojamiento.
Muy buen servicio, buffet variado y rico.
La planta de las habitaciones está algo deteriorada. La puerta de la habitación estaba hinchada y no cerraba bien. El colchón era antiguo y estaba hundido. Habían intentado mejorarlo con un sobrecolchón, pero no resultaba cómodo.
Nos gustó mucho en todo los sentidos .
