Pros:

Restauration très variée, établissement bien situé sur l'île pour accès sites à visiter.Belle chambre, propre et très lumineuse sauf la vue de la terrasse.

Cons:

Établissement trop grand à notre goût, espace restauration bruyant de type cantine scolaire, piscine olympique payante, espace piscine VIP non accessible.

Pros:

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation with a quiet, well-appointed room. The beds are large and comfortable, and both the room and bathroom are thoughtfully furnished. There is also an electric kettle with coffee and tea available.

The balcony is spacious and offers privacy, along with a lovely view of the pool and the sea. Breakfast and dinner are generous, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious food, including plenty of fruits and vegetables. The coffee is excellent.

Cycling paths and seaside promenades begin right next to the hotel, making it ideal for both biking and relaxing walks. Nearby, there is a well-stocked supermarket, as well as two excellent cycling shops offering high-quality bike rentals.

The staff are very helpful, friendly, and highly professional. There is also a car rental service conveniently located next to the hotel.

An excellent place for a family holiday—and even better for cyclists and triathletes.

Las animadoras del club de niños muy simpáticas.
Los camareros del restaurante también. Todo el personal en general muy amable.

Petits déjeuners exceptionnels. La salle de fitness très bien équipée, les cours collectifs variés. Pas de bruit le soir malgré les animations. Le personnel parle plusieurs langues et très à l’écoute.

Dommage que les transats autour des piscines sont pris avec des serviettes mais pas avec des clients. Plus de place pour les autres.

Lo mejor de todo es el personal! Desde la recepción, a los camareros, al personal de limpieza y, sobre todo, el de animación. Pusieron todo de su parte para que disfrutáramos de nuestro viaje.
La limpieza súper bien, porque hay mucha gente y cuidan bastante poco el orden y, sin embargo, siempre está todo limpio.
Las piscinas están muy bien y tiene variedad para todos los gustos.
Los restaurantes se masifican muchísimo, pero eso es parte de la experiencia del all inclusive…
La habitación es grande, aunque cuando el sofá se hace cama queda muy poco espacio para moverse por ella.
El gimnasio genial! Súper completo, limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama matrimonial para mi gusto era muy blando. Pero lo peor era el colchón del sofá cama, fino y súper hundido al medio. Está bien para un niño pequeño, pero un adulto podría haber estado muy incómodo.
El viento hacía mucho ruido en las ventanas.

El PERSONAL DE TODO EL HOTEL que es súper súper amable!!

Son dos hoteles bajo el mismo nombre. Uno se corresponde con todas las fotos que ves en cualquier web. El otro, al otro lado de la carretera, es OTRO HOTEL DE MUCHA MENOR CATEGORÍA, rozando lo cutre. El comedor siempre abarrotado y el buffet… a los dos días ya no puedes más… un ambiente también cutre, que no se corresponde con lo que tú te imaginas que has pagado
