Séjour au top, dommage qu’il ait fait un peu froid.
Pros:

Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Buffets variés et bons. Literie très confortable.

Cons:

Nous n’avions pas de repas de midi inclus, le snack à de la piscine était un peu limite niveau choix.

OK but needs upgrading
Pros:

We had a room with a pool view on 6th floor which was very good.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The food was cold which should not be the case especially for people who are on all inclusive basis holidays.
The hotel is in need of a makeover. The paintwork was dirty and the doors in the men's toilets on 1st floor are in danger of falling off.

Pleasant enough, large room, friendly staff but a bit outdated
Pros:

Large resort and everything under one roof

Cons:

It was a little bit tired and old fashioned. The restaurant could not cope with the demand.

Pros:

Everyone was very friendly. Despite the size of the hotel, it never felt too crowded, the quality of the restaurants was great, the olympic heated pool is exceptional. A special thank you to the kids' animation team, the kids want to come back already!

Pros:

Desayuno e instalaciones en general (aunque nosotros realmente no las pudimos disfrutar porque prácticamente sólo fuimos al hotel a dormir)

Cons:

Las cenas del buffet no estaban muy allá. Muchísima variedad (eso sí) pero la calidad de los platos preparados no estaba acorde con el resto del nivel del hotel

Pros:

Die Lage und das Hotel war gut. Morgens gab es frischen Smusi.

Cons:

Als es anend sehr frisch war, gab es keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wärmen.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren eine Massenabfertigung. Nur weißes Brot.

Great value and excellent location
Pros:

The location was excellent on the bike path and we went to Teguise and Arrecife easily. We loved the sea views and pools, as well as the dining options and bars.

Cons:

After the rain, there was a sewer smell in the drains. Also you could hear the neighbors when they came back in from drinking.

afgelegen maar verrassend goed

prachtig zwembadomgeving.Lekker ontbijtbuffet en dinnerbuffet kan soms lawaaierig zijn.Het meeste personeel supervriendelijk.En de meeste kamers hebben een superuitzicht op zwembad en of zee.
