Hotel preparado para el turismo británico. Incómodo por las dimensiones y tener ditintos edificios muy separados uno del otro
Absilutamente impresentable el estado de las camas. Colchones hundidos, blandos, viejos. No atendieron mi petición de disponer de cama de matrimonio que hice al efectuar la reserva.
We enjoyed the hotel a lot! A beautiful sea view, spacious room and very, very soft bed. We had breakfast and dinner - super delicious with lots of varieties to choose from. I enjoyed the gym and the group classes they had. The people at the reception desk, the gym ,the restaurants were really friendly and helpful. The entertainment evening programmes provided by Romantic Corporate were professional and all the artists were high calibre, guests were singing and dancing and enjoying their holiday time. Many swimming pools and lots of activities for children as well. There is Rent-A-Car at the hotel and with a car is really comfy to roam around the island and visit places. We would love to stay again at Barcelo Lanzarote active resort! 🏝️🌍🎉
Calidad - precio pésima. No tuvieron en cuenta nuestras preferencias (cama de mateimonio) y nos metieron en la habitación más alejada y menos agradable posible. Olía a humedad y estaba todo lleno de hojas de árboles y polvo. Pedimos un cambio y, de las 500 habitaciones que deben de tener, nos dieron otra igual de cutre, sin respetar nuestra preferencia.
Me iría a otro sitio sin duda si llego a saber cómo era el hotel.
