Pros:

La amabilidad del personal es sin duda lo mejor. Siempre te atienden de 10
Llegar a las 2 de la madrugada al hotel y que tengan una zona para beber o comer algo se agradece enormemente

Cons:

El buffet es en lineas generales muy bueno. Lo peor, la calidad de la fruta.

Keine Softdrinks zum Essen bei Halbpension
Nur Einzelbetten die Zusammengeschoben werden wenn man Doppelbett Zimmer bucht. Sieht auf den Bildern anders aus. Auch der grosse Pool wird in den Bildern gezeigt ohne zu erwähnen dass es extra kostet ihn zu benutzen

Ubytovanie odporúčam pre aktívny odpočinok, resp. športovanie.
Pros:

Raňajky boli veľmi chutné so širokým výberom. Z hlavného jedla boli vynikajúce ryby a mäso. Zvyšok z jedla bolo priemerné - dobré. Pri polpenzii máte počas večere nárok len na všetky nealkoholické nápoje. Izby boli staršie, trochu fúkalo cez okná a dvere. Pri teplom počasí to nevadí. Posteľ však bola naozaj skvelá, veľmi pohodlná. Aj vankúše boli príjemné, troch rôznych veľkostí. V cene ubytovania sme mali aj fitness a bazény (ale nie plavecký bazén, ten je za príplatok 4 eur za 1 hodinu). Fitness bolo dostatočne vybavené, bol dostatok miesta na cvičenie. Ponúkajú tu aj skupinové cvičenia, tie sme však neskúsili. Bazény vonku boli čisté, boli medzi nimi aj vyhrievané. V areáli je aj hipperdino supermarket. My sme cestovali všade autom, nie je tu parkovisko, ale parkuje sa popri ceste pri hoteli. Vždy sme našli miesto na zaparkovanie. Personál bol veľmi milý.

Cons:

V lobby sa nachádzajú aj bary, no neponúkajú víno z Lanzarote, čo je podľa mňa škoda. V areáli sú aj aktivity ako napríklad biliard, no musíte zaň zaplatiť drobnými peniazmi. Trošku staršie ubytovanie, nepohodlný gauč v izbe. Nie je tu pláž. Oproti hotelu je len kamenistá pláž (veľké skaly).

Room was perfect, with an excellent view to the ocean, breakfast and dinner were amazing.
Fruits always available and also the options for gluten free were great

Das beste war der olympische Pool
Pros:

Der 50 Meter Pool war toll und das Personal dort sehr nett. Es gab immer genug Liegen und niemand hat groß reserviert. Smoothies zum Frühstück waren gut. Busverbindung vor der Tür.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr renovierungsbedürftig und das Wasser zum Duschen nur ein Rinnsal. Liegen am Pool zum Teil sehr kaputt. Frühstück und Abendessen immer hektisch und die Qualität beim Abendessen war nicht gut. Hatte eher die Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofshalle. Das Personal allgemein eher lustlos und beim Frühstück und Abendessen immer unterbesetzt. Das Fitnessstudio ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und für ein active Hotel zu klein und zu wenig.

PULIZIA E SERVIZI, ANIMAZIONE. Ci hanno concesso un'ora in più al check out

Cons:

Cibo nella media, camere da rimodernare. Macchinette del caffè spesso rotte. Carne poco commestibile. Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite ma ci hanno dato senza avvisare una camera familiare, siamo una coppia non ci serviva una camera con 4 letti! Senza contare l'arredamento in questa struttura tipico per bambini delle camere familiari. Non abbiamo apprezzato la modifica non richiesta. Prima delle 15 non si entra in camera anche se l'hotel è meno che mezzo pieno.
