Ho usufruito della mezza pensione, colazione e cena ottime (disponibili 2 ristoranti). Palestra molto valida e attrezzata . Personale molto cortese. Consigliatissimo.
A volte non curatissimo il servizio buffet ( le posate di servizio /pinze spesso erano sporche di cibo e non venivano cambiate ).
Habitación amplia, sofá, mesita de noche, terraza con dos sillas y reposa pies. Camas cómodas, lavabo amplio, equipado con jabón, acondicionador, cepillo de dientes + pasta de dientes, secador de pelo. Cambio de toallas a diario. Clases dirigidas y gimnasio equipado con toallas etc..
Principal razón por la que quisimos alojarnos en este hotel. Gran variedad de servicios piscina, espectáculos.

Falta de limpieza en la habitación a diario en la estancia. Nos encontramos una cucaracha el primer día, la matamos y vimos que no se fregó ni barrio durante días. Tuvimos que echarla muerta fuera. Falta escobilla en WC...
A nuestro gusto falta de clases de crosstraining y algo cortas. Aprox 30-40 min.
La ubicación algo alejada del pueblo. Aunque hay buses y taxis.
El personal , tanto el de recepción y todos en general y en particular Carlos el monitor del gym buenísimas clases .
El buffet no era lo esperado para un 4 estrellas si en cuanto a la variedad pero no tanto en cómo estaba cocinado .

L' accueil au début du séjour : une jeune femme qui débite ses explications sans le moindre effort envers un hôte qui a des difficultés a comprendre sa langue..
La fenêtre de la chambre a été bloquée et donc pas de possibilité d' aération.
The first section of the hotel (the building at the front) was good to enjoy when having breakfast or dinner, sadly we werent hosted there even we thought we were going to be in that area.
The welcoming was poor, poor information. We didnt like the area of the hotel we were hosted, at all. Really doesnt feel like a hotel and its not what is adverised. Also theres charges for the olimpic swimmingpool and other things not mentioned at first you have to realised when you are there and if the staff have told you.
The staffs are really hard workers and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed all days.

Los baños comunes de la planta de abajo un poco descuidados
Hotel, tranquil, habitació gran, neta i silenciosa. El bufet excel·lent molt variat i de qualitat. El servici sempre disposat a ajudar. La piscina climatitzada i gran. Prop de l'aeroport. Tot perfecte.
