liked how close it was. They let us check out 1 hour later so we didn't have to hang at the airport all day. rooms were nice and clean

Cons:

air conditioner didn't work in one of the rooms. the fix was to bring in a fan instead of getting it working or moving us to a room that had air condition. Also breakfast closed early and we were told the restaurant was fully booked when we got there so no option to eat there other than room service.

70s style Hilton, but top marks for convenience to Narita Airport

Good proximity to Narita Airport

Cons:

Very slow service in the restaurant. Not many guests there at the time, but it was incredibly slow. We had to chase staff several times. Expensive for what it was.
