Great location and free shuttle
Gorgeous Halloween display in the foyer. Pleasant staff. Treed peaceful area with birds. Very comfortable bed.
The Hilton Airport shuttle bus does not service the domestic terminal. We caught a free airport shuttle to terminal two and joined a queue at the designated bus stop. A bus arrived but it was specific to a different hotel (several use each bus stop). We then looked at the timetable and saw that after 20:00 the Hilton picks up hourly rather than half hourly, as opposed to other hotels running an on going half hour service. Rather than waiting 45 minutes for the next shuttle we caught a taxi - cost ¥3000.
The shuttle takes 20 minutes from the hotel to terminal 3 which you need to factor in to travel time.
It was not at all easy to negotiate the television to locate the room service menu. The bilingual button on our room remote did not work. We were warned that room service would take 40 minutes. Well over an hour later our cool meals arrived.

Location to airport was good
Whole floor smelled bad like wetness and cigarettes. Unless you are going to the airport, there is nothing there. I would stay at Narita direct instead.

Close to Naritasan which is great to explore.
Bathroom was very dated, the shower curtain smelled very musty and stale and with the strong extractor fan, kept blowing on to the body whilst showering. Also the once per hour shuttle bus was rather frustrating! Breakfast items also felt rather ‘cheap’, so none of us enjoyed the experience.
