Un hotel antiguo en su construcción, pero muy agradable para hospedarse
Pros:

ME GUSTÓ MUCHO LA HABITACIÓN, realmente cómoda, espaciosa y limpia, excelente atención de todo el personal desde los bell boy recepción y camareras.

Cons:

LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE A LA CARTA, aunque al explicar que el plato de salmón tenía mal sabor, no lo cobraron, pero el espagueti y otros platos los calificaría 5/10.

Fortunately we didn't spend much time in the hotel
Pros:

Enormous bedroom junior suite, well planned hotel in a modern style, buffet breakfast was very good, in fact the breakfast is the hotel's only strong point.

Cons:

When we checked in for 11 days and paid up front, the receptionist neglected to inform us the indoor pool was out of action, which it remained so until we left, one of the main criteria for selecting the hotel was it has an inddor pool.
The soap in bathroom was extremely low grade, barely one star level, let alone 5 star.
The toilet got blocked 3 times, in the end we used the toilet in the lobby to save having to call someone to clear it.
The hotel has been overrun by progress, the road outside is now multi tiered and to leave and arrive you have to drive 2KM one way and then 2KM the other, whereupon you can wave at the hotel - extremely time consuming
The towels in bathroom smelt stale and the stench of sewars coming through the plug hole was unpleasant
In the gym - Towels were grudgingly handed out, absence of materials to clean equipment after use. The soap despeners in the showers were empty. There was an old pair of sock in locker 49 all the time we were there, indicating lack of attention to cleanliness.
In fact the hotel is being run on a shoe string. Given the quality of soap, the water and the towels, it was no surprise that when we arrived home and took showers, the water was grey!! First time that has happened

el restaurante muy malo y caro. El gimnasio solo se puede utilizar de 8:00 a 1:00 pm, la alberca estaba en mantenimiento.
