Bien para dormir y desayunar, muy malo en su servicio de room service de 24 horas.

Cons:

El room service 24 horas fue pésimo. Para empezar el teléfono de la habitación se encontraba en mal estado, aún así funcionaba. Pero al querer llamar a la recepcición o al room service para solicitar alimentos jamás contestaron, teniendo que ir yo mismo hacia el restaruant en al menos 3 ocasiones a solicitarlos, y la primera vez que subieron solo me llevaron dos bebida que no solicité. Luego, casi hora y media después llegaron con los alimentos solicitados pero una de las bebidas no era la que pedí (me llevaron coca cola regular en lugar de coca cola zero); y para colmo, incluyen forzosamente el cobro de la propina cuando eso no es legal. El personal muy regular en su trato.
