Pros:

FUI A EVENTO ACADEMICO EN LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL ASI QUE FUE MUY COMODO HOSPEDARME AHI MISMO. CERCA DE TERMINAL TAXQUEÑA DE AUTOBUSES ASI QUE ME CONVINO TAMBIEN SU UBICACION, AUN ASI TERRIBLE EL TRAFICO DE LA CDMX, PERO EL HOTEL TODO BIEN Y BUENA UBICACION.

Bien ubicado. Mucho que mejorar
Pros:

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado. A mi me resulta muy conveniente su proximidad con la terminal del pullman express

Cons:

Voy a este hotel con cierta frecuencia. Las dos recepcionistas, ambas señoras mayores, son personas malencaradas y de un trato grosero y un tanto despótico. No saludan ni responden el saludo. Tienen un trato hosco, que no hace sentir bienvenido al huésped.
Las instalaciones requieren atención en el mantenimiento. Regaderas tapadas, llaves goteando y líneas telefónicas que no funcionan fue la experiencia de esta ocasión.

Por otro lado, si bien los alimentos son buenos en general, su costo es exagerado.

Nice hotel but dont arrive early as they dont provide early check in.
Pros:

Good location. Spacious rooms. All necessity items are provided (unlike in many other hotels). Staff are nice.

Cons:

You can’t check in early. We arrived at 12 and they wanted to charge a fee for “early check-in”.

Buen hotel
Pros:

Las camas muy cómodas. El cuarto muy amplio.

Cons:

El baño tenía varios problemas. El excusado estaba tapado, el agua de la regadera salía o muy caliente o muy fría y la bañera tambien estaba tapada

Good access to El Colegio de Mexico
Pros:

The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi wasn't very fast, but I was able to use it without any issues. The location was good because it was close to El Colegio de México, but it wasn't very convenient for getting to downtown.

Cons:

It's inconvenient if you're going to downtown, which is the main tourist area. Other than that, there's nothing in particular.

Great place to stay, they need to work on serivice etiquette.
Pros:

the room was spacious and had a section for work, for sitting and eating and for all of it. A nice clean tub with bubbles, and very clean and firm beds. Room service is 24 hours! very cool. Located very near amazing places to eat and visit, though not the Zocalo oe center of town. the breakfast bar is amazing and delish open until noon. They are not that nice to Latinas--and think they did not treat as well as they treat white/gringos there.

Cons:

The heated pool was not operational and we let the front know they did not have the power to fix it, or do something about it, we had to tell spa people. That was so weird. Also we accidentally broke a glass during food delivery, before drinking anything, and the server said he could not replace it because he would have to pay for it, he did not care to let people know that we did not even consume it. I was disappointed at the service and think if we were white/gringos he would have replaced it, but because we spoke Spanish and are Latinos they were not that nice.

El personal siempre dispuesto a colaborar, sin embargo, no hubo respuestas favorables para la estadía.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en la habitación dejan mucho que desear, si gustas hospedarte, lleva contigo una caja de herramientas, te sacará de apuros. Sin embargo, las instalaciones tiene de todo para poder tener una mejor estadía. Eso esperaría en una próxima visita.
