Pros:

Dirty broken curtains.. It felt like you step back in time. Not that hard to upgrade it to make it looks and feel nicer for the customers, but apparently they dont walk in the rooms to check the state of them. Feels like they dont put effort in

Chercher ailleurs… mais allez voir Gand, c’est absolument magnifique!

La proximité du centre historique et la vue de la fenêtre de la chambre…

Cons:

L’accueil très froid de la réceptionniste!
La chambre a été disponible qu’à partir de 16h30…
Le mini-frigo a été réparé la veille de notre départ! Et nous y étions pour
pour 3 nuits!
Attention à la facture, on nous a facturé 4 jours pour l’espace de stationnement, nous l’avons occupé 3 jours donc on avait mis 30€ de trop sur la facture!!!!
Équipement vieillot, lit inconfortable, odeur surannée dès l’entrée dans l’hôtel… tapis usé à la corde dans la chambre!
Climatisation bruyante et non fonctionnelle…
0n a pas osé prendre le petit-déjeuner qui est à 24€/personne, la salle à manger était déserte…

Pros:

体調を崩して急遽予定を変更してゲントで連泊することになり、急遽予約しました。急な予約とアーリーチェックインのお願いに応えていただき、非常に助かりました。

Zweckmäßig für 1-2 Übernachtungen um Gent zu erkunden.
Pros:

Tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Tiefgarage ist ein echtes Wagnis. An der Tiefgarage lässt sich sicher nichts ändern, aber die Zimmer sollten definitiv saniert werden.

Gante nos sorprendió por lo hermoso, y la ubicación del hotel es excelente para caminar el centro histórico.
Tenia un estacionamiento perfecto

La climatisation est obsolète et inefficace.
Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre.
A noter, les chambres sont très propres et de bonne superficie.

Aangename verrassing midden in een drukke stad.
Pros:

De medewerkster achter de balie was erg aardig en deed haar best om ons zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn. De (overigens behoorlijk ruime) kamer was leuk versierd vanwege onze trouwdag. De entourage van het zwembad is heel verrassend en zeer mooi van opzet: een compleet zandstrandje waar het aangenaam vertoeven was.
Al met al was het een aangename verrassing om middenin de stad een sfeervol hotel aan te treffen met zulke ruime kamers en goede faciliteiten.

Cons:

De kamers waren niet klaar op de incheck-tijd maar dat werd gecompenseerd door een drankje van het huis. Booking.com had een hogere prijs doorgegeven aan het hotel dan aan ons. Dus het werd een hele operatie om e.e.a. recht te trekken, maar dankzij de vriendelijke balie-medewerkster is het allemaal alsnog goed gekomen. De airco was niet opgewassen tegen de hitte maar er was sowieso ook een ventilator aanwezig.
Dus al met al waren alle minpuntjes netjes opgelost.
