Great stay right in the centre.
Pros:

In the Center. Spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Ease of access from the nearest public parking.

Cons:

Very few options in breakfast for Vegetarians. No playroom for kids.

Very good choice in a very good location.
Pros:

The location is outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was competent and helpful. Breakfast nice. Nice baggage storage. We also enjoyed a glass of wine in the bar area while we were waiting for our train and it was reasonably priced. Good service in there, too. This is an absolutely fine hotel. Not amazing, but absolutely everything you need in a good location. We would stay here again.

in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft wurde angegeben, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Leider musste ich bei meiner Ankunft feststellen, dass keine Parkmöglichkeiten verfügbar waren.

Da sich die Unterkunft in einer schmalen Straße innerhalb einer Umweltzone befindet und ich gegen 23:00 Uhr mit zwei schlafenden Kindern angekommen bin, befand ich mich in einer sehr schwierigen Situation. Ich war gezwungen, eine Genehmigung für die Einfahrt in die Umweltzone zu beantragen, in einem Parkhaus zu parken, zusätzliche Kosten zu tragen und anschließend zu Fuß mit Gepäck und kleinen Kindern zum Hotel zu gehen.

Avoid as cheaper hotels which represent better value for money
Pros:

The location was very central. The barman and female receptionist were excellent.

Cons:

The room was extremely cold with no hot water from the tap. We queried this with a receptionist who not only provided blankets but a heater. I still wished to raise a complaint which I did so with the male receptionist the following morning. He said that his boss would email me asap - 5 days later I am still waiting for any response.
Not only does this represent terrible customer service but dreadful value for money.

Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen zur Altstadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ein Grund zur Buchung war der schöne Keller, wo ich mit meiner Frau essen wollte. Leider ist der Keller nur für Events zu buchen. Nicht für Hotelgäste

Weiter fragte ich nach dem Restaurant. Es gibt kein Restaurant, sagte man mir auf Nachfrage.an der Rezeption

Beides, Keller und Restaurant, sind gelistet in der Hotelbeschreibung auf booking. Beides, Keller und Restaurant, ist Fake.

Garage für das Auto kostet pro Tag 30 Euro. Empfehlung ist eine Reservierung im Parkhaus Zuid für 12 Euro pro Tag. Entfernung zum Hotel ca 800 m.

Goed en compleet hotel centraal gelegen
Pros:

We arriveerden rond 13.00 uur en kregen al onze kamer, terwijl eigenlijk pas om 15.00 uur een kamer beschikbaar zou zijn. Nette kamer, met alle voorzieningen ook met zeep van Rituals. Hotel is centraal gelegen dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden, met genoeg parkeergarages in de buurt. Gezellige bar om 's avonds nog even te zitten. In de ochtend lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.
