Rooms good! Lift service was out of order twice during our stay.
Pros:

Our stay in Paris was beautiful! Accommodation was good except for our last day when the lift was out of order and we had to carry our luggage down flights of stairs. My husband and I chose accommodation with lifts as we have had back and hip surgeries. We were offered no help by staff 😢

Excellent family stay
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights as a family, 2 adults and 1 child. Room was spacious (414) and beds comfortable.

Amazing location making it easy to walk to Galeries Lafayettes (approx 10 mins) in one direction and the Louvre (approx 15/20 mins) the other way.

Some lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance for breakfast and dinner. Also bars around if you want a drink.

Neighbourhood felt really safe even in the evenings. Metro station Richelieu-Drouot is a few minutes walk away.

Reception were helpful and friendly upon check-in and offered us a map. Also happy to help on day of departure and pre booked us a taxi back to the airport.

I would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Paris.

Solid choice. Good value for the location and very comfortable in the heat.
Pros:

Clean, good location for my needs. Staff were nice and Air Con was an absolute god send in the heatwave.

Cons:

Facilities weren't much to speak of really, but it's Paris and I wasn't there to spend time at the hotel pool or spa
