The location of the hotel was very good, comfortable, and safe. There were nearby establishments if you want to eat out or buy some essentials. Parking was not at all a problem here. What we liked most was how the staff was very accommodating to their guests’ needs. It’s a perfect place if you’re looking for a decent, family-friendly, clean and affordable hotel stay.

Hot water is not that what I expected. Its a bit cold.
New, modern hotel. Beautifully kept, great staff but that's everywhere in the Philippines. Nice shower/toilet. Very comfortable bed, fastest wifi ever.
No kettle, cups or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. No refrigerator either. The blinds were top quality, very stylish but they didn't stop the outside light, day or night.

They claim to be a 3 star hotel but they lack so much in facilities and basic hotel needs for their price..
There is no elevator, even just a cart to put stuff till the stairs… I pity the staff who have to carry everything.
They dont have a hair blower, and water kettle or coffee station in the room…
The location and the great service of the staff. For breakfast, the kitchen accommodated my vegan request, which I appreciate. Taste could improve though.
For the price, it lacks other basic services or amenities, such as refrigerator.

Bed and pillows were okay.
The hotel is right on the highway. A bit noisy.
The bidet was leaking in the first toom we were assigned - flooding the floor.
Very bright lights were shining through our window with only thin shades.
No hot water.
The desk staff did not have contact numbers to help with local transportation. They just kept saying “ take a tricycle.”
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Rosita. The location was great, the room was clean, and the aircon was nice and cold. The bed was comfortable, and parking was free, which was a big plus. Breakfast was included in the rate—it’s not a buffet, but you can choose from three set meals (we had the Lucban longganisa, which was tasty), and brewed coffee is unlimited, which was a nice touch. Overall, good value for money, and I’d consider staying here again.
There's no elevator (keep this in mind when traveling with seniors or PWD), though thankfully a staff member helped carry our luggage upstairs. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the Wi-Fi was quite unstable during our stay—but Smart LTE worked fine, so that helped.
