The location and the great service of the staff. For breakfast, the kitchen accommodated my vegan request, which I appreciate. Taste could improve though.
For the price, it lacks other basic services or amenities, such as refrigerator.

It's getting a bit old --- in terms of facilities
Bed and pillows were okay.
The hotel is right on the highway. A bit noisy.
The bidet was leaking in the first toom we were assigned - flooding the floor.
Very bright lights were shining through our window with only thin shades.
No hot water.
The desk staff did not have contact numbers to help with local transportation. They just kept saying “ take a tricycle.”
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Rosita. The location was great, the room was clean, and the aircon was nice and cold. The bed was comfortable, and parking was free, which was a big plus. Breakfast was included in the rate—it’s not a buffet, but you can choose from three set meals (we had the Lucban longganisa, which was tasty), and brewed coffee is unlimited, which was a nice touch. Overall, good value for money, and I’d consider staying here again.
There's no elevator (keep this in mind when traveling with seniors or PWD), though thankfully a staff member helped carry our luggage upstairs. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the Wi-Fi was quite unstable during our stay—but Smart LTE worked fine, so that helped.
