Good option on emergency

I don’t do much complaining. I come from quite humble beginning's, and I’m aware that for every amenity a hotel offers, a local family is likely denied equal and adequate services. But a hotel without a working shower is inexcusable. I can let the condition of the bathroom slide. I can let the thin walls and ceilings that allow you to hear far too much of what’s going on around you slide. I could even excuse the voucher for a kitchen that isn’t in service on the specified day the voucher was issued rendering it useless. But I can’t accept paying for a stay somewhere the shower just doesn’t work. For that reason alone I would never recommend anyone staying here. Just pay more to stay a few hundred feet away at La Concha Resort. You will get access to a beach front and pool that will make your stay memorable. But you won’t get that here. The staff is nice. The location isn’t the worst. But respectfully, I didn’t come to see the staff. And I didn’t intend to get in the ocean and not be able to take a decent shower. If I could get some of my money back I would. But if you’re savvy enough to read the reviews, you’ll save yourself the regret, and understand me when I tell you room 3307 in particular is only good for a bed. That’s it.

Cleanliness, Location

Check in was a little rocky at first as we had to wait till 4:30 for our room to be ready. We got our vouchers and used them and also got to use the complimentary umbrella and chairs at the beach! An absolute plus! We had brunch and dinner on Sunday 5/25 and the food was amazing! Both our gentleman waiters for brunch and dinner were so friendly and exhibited amazing customer service! Very attentive and on point with making us feel welcomed and our visit special. Tony was our waiter for dinner however I don’t remember the name of our waiter from brunch. Room was very cute and cozy! I took advantage of the gym all 3 days. Location was absolutely convenient for us as we got to experience the festival, beach, food, and casino close by. We will definitely be staying there again in the near future!

Hotel is under renovation. apparently it was bought by the hotel next door and the name has changed. Rooms are clean but need serious renovations. Staff was very good. Restaurant was good but very overpriced for hotel.

A great place within walking distance to shopping, dining, and beach access. Clean rooms and helpful staff. We also enjoyed access to the hot tub.

I was lil upset because I was there 2 hours earlier in check in, I waited around hotel then 4:30 I got my room. Don’t thing that was fair. My room wasn’t ready by 4pm

An excellent experience

Mandy y la asistente nueva muy amable. Mandy súper dispuesta a resolver para nuestra estadía. Los aperitivos no fueron de nuestro agrado. Pero Jefry muy cordial. La limpieza de el baño deben darle más atención. Nos imaginamos que cuando termine todos los arreglos será una mejor experiencia. Gracias. Lisandra y amigas
