Pros:

Ruime kamer en badkamer met een aparte WC, fijn bed, schoon, prima ontbijt, aardig personeel, naast de metro. Top !

Cons:

Niks belangrijks. Wat losse schroeven op de WC en raam dat moeilijk dicht ging, maar dat waren voor ons onbelangrijke details.

My stay at this hotel was a very bad experience from the very beginning.
The reception upon arrival was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to see the room before checking in, and I was shocked by the response: I was told that I had no right to see the room, and if I didn’t like what they said, I could leave the hotel and find another one.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel my reservation because the booking application would have charged me for one full day.
The hotel itself feels more like a prison than a place to relax. The design is depressing, there is a clear lack of cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere is psychologically disturbing.
The surrounding area is also very unsafe. I was informed that it is known for frequent criminal activity, and moving around at night feels extremely dangerous.
There is no telephone in the room, which is unacceptable. In case of an emergency, such as a medical issue, there would be no immediate way to call for help.
Overall, this was a very bad and disappointing experience.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une très mauvaise expérience dès le début.
L’accueil à la réception était extrêmement désagréable et non professionnel. J’ai demandé à voir la chambre avant de m’installer, et la réponse m’a choqué : on m’a dit que je n’avais pas le droit de voir la chambre et que si cela ne me convenait pas, je pouvais quitter l’hôtel et en chercher un autre.
Malheureusement, je ne pouvais pas annuler ma réservation, car l’application de réservation aurait facturé une nuit complète.
L’hôtel ressemble davantage à une prison qu’à un lieu de détente. La conception est oppressante, la propreté laisse à désirer, et l’ambiance générale est psychologiquement dérangeante.
Le quartier est également très dangereux. On m’a informé qu’il est connu pour une forte criminalité, et il est très risqué de se déplacer la nuit.
Il n’y a pas de téléphone dans la chambre, ce qui est inacceptable.

Pros:

Perfectly located next to the Metro for a sightseeing tour. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. No road noise, or from the nearby bar.
Great breakfast selection.

Pros:

Останавливаюсь второй раз в этом отеле, удачное расположение, комфортная цена, метро через дорогу. Вежливый персонал, учли мои пожелания, в номере чисто и очень уютно. Вкусные сытные завтраки по утрам, шведский стол, небольшой, но для завтрака всего достаточно. Когда снова поеду в Париж - буду здесь останавливаться.
