Séjour parisien parfait
Pros:

Le cadeau et le petit mot de bienvenue, le petit-déjeuner, la disponibilité des employés et l'emplacement de l'hôtel (30 mn à pied de la Tour Eiffel).

Cons:

Nous avons dû informer dès notre arrivée dans la chambre que le battant des toilettes étaient démonté.
Bien que le nécessaire ait été fait rapidement, cela n'aurait pas dû arriver puisque la chambre avait été préparée avant notre venue.

Pros:

I only stayed one night but the staff was very warm and helpful, the room super comfortable (loved the little macarons gift!), and the breakfast yummy! Totally recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! The hotel is very clean, and the location is excellent — just one minute from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy.

The room was thoughtfully equipped with coffee and water, and the L’Occitane bath products were such a lovely touch. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the team went above and beyond to make my birthday special, which I truly appreciated.

The staff are absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and always happy to help. Their hospitality really made my stay feel special.

I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Paris!
