We stayed here as part of the Sheraton's arrangement with ClearPoint Surgical Solutions - it is literally across the street. Staff were well versed on this program and happy to accommodate any requests - like a raised toilet seat or a later checkout. They even put us right across from the ice machine, which was great. Room service was tremendous and quick (separate review made for Olio). Staff were excellent, especially our beautiful singing housekeeper. We were glad we stayed here. Two notes: (1) these are pet-friendly rooms. If you have allergies, bring your antihistamines and stay off the upholstered furniture. (2) The shower chair provided was actually a commode, and the shower was a bathtub, not a walk-in shower, so that part was a bit challenging. It was fine, just good to know in advance. All in all, a successful trip.
The hotel manager, Abdul Khan and the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming of my family. they made them feel special. In spite of some initial confusion, the team figured out how to make everything work out putting their guests above all else.

The room providers ironing board, so I save my cost.
The 3pm check-in time may not be suitable for travelers; although I encouraged myself to approach the staff at 12noon and was checked in.
Also, the airport shuttle was fantastic but the bus stop 13 needs to be clearly stated in all advert - it took time before I got direction!

The hotel staff, without a single exception, were friendly, helpful and supportive. We required an accessible room and everyone went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. And the restaurant was surprisingly good; a bonus.
I have stayed here a couple of times, amd while the public areas are clean and tidy, the rooms are average and the service is variable.
Staff ranged from uninformed to unhelpful.
A great example of a Bonvoy location that seems happy to benefit from the advertising, but doesn't really like providing the "perks" of Bonvoy Status.
Any request for the status perks that most properties provide happily, the excuse of being part of a group was used as a convenient way to deny the facilities that many other properties provide.
I was advised to speak to a sales manager, and given her card, but she was, apparently, unwilling to answer the phone at any point
