Ce n’est pas parceque je n’ai pas aimé mais ma remarque va plus dans le sens d’une démarche d’amélioration de l’équipement de la chambre occupée. Il manquait en effet des crochets pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain.

The new refurb is really smart, the rooms a decent size and really friendly staff. Handy car park.

Cons:

Parking charge was a little steep and the car park itself is quite tight. Luckily it wasn’t very busy when we stayed, but I’d imagine it could be tricky to get into some of the spaces if it’s full.

Delightfully cosy motel all round, and the highly professional and friendly staff made it a home away from home for us. Wait and reception/concierge staff are superb and so very accommodating of every need. Lovely to see happy staff who love their job and mesh so well together. They take great pride in their work, in the business, in themselves and really make the motel the wonderful place that it is.

We stayed her for almost a month as writers in residence. (Though no-one knew this is what we were!) It was sublime! The perfect holiday and working nook. Exceptional staff and service here.

Extremely comfortable rooms and relaxation spaces. Impeccably clean. Soft, beautiful decor and spaces that are constantly maintained. The buffet breakfast is wonderful, relaxed, with plenty of hot & cold, plus healthy & luxury eating choices.

The hotel bar is always open and there are multiple lounge areas, a huge open plan dining and cosy atrium area (beautiful). The view over Arles from our level 3 Junior Suite (we received a free upgrade) was superb, with French Door windows that open wide to a small balcony for fresh air. Amazing. We did not want to leave.

Rooms are heated, snug, sound proofed & spacious. Bath & shower, dining table & chairs, smart tv, sofa bed. Cleaning staff are wonderful too. Comfy beds, great pillows. Bath robes & slippers, mini bar.

U-mart grocery store and pharmacy 2 mins walk away. Great 'home base' for exploring Arles and the Southern regions of France. Everything is an easy walk away, including all things Van Gough and all major monuments, museum etc. Great restaurants, cafes, bistros. So many beautiful walks. Train station is a 5-minute uber or pleasant 15-minute walk. Uber eats available but not needed if you want to snuggke in, as there is a hotel restaurant that cooks amazing local produce for both lunch and dinner, daily.

Reception & Room service 24/7.

Cons:

Nothing. I could happily live in this motel. Everything was exceptional.
