Please note that the shuttle bus (NH Hotel Bus Number 1) from the hotel to the airport is available from 05:00 until 22:30 every half an hour (22:30 last bus to the airport). The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is available from 05:15 until 22:45 every half an hour (22:45 last bus to the hotel). It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel every 30 minutes. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 16 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that dogs and cats are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.

Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs and cats with a maximum weight of 25 kg or less.

Pros:

空港第1ターミナルから無料シャトルバスが出ていて便利でした。ホテルから空港へのバスのみ、チェックイン時に予約が必要でした。

Gute verläßliche Qualitat in allen Bereichen; Restaurant gut; Zimmer sauber und ruhig; gerne hier
Pros:

Am Flughafen ging mir ein wichtiges Dokument verloren. Ich rief bei der NH Rezeption an um zu sehen ob es in meinem Zimmer liegengeblieben war. Ich erklährte dass ich ohne dieses Dokument nicht fliegen dürfe. Die Dame an der Rezeption ging persönlich auf das Zimmer um selber nachzuschauen, leider ohne Ergebnis. Allerdings weiss ich diesen Einsatz sehr zu schätzen und werde demnächst wieder dort buchen.

受付スタッフの対応は良かった

Cons:

レストランスタッフは最悪。
おしゃべりしているし、オーダーは取りに来ないし、呼んだらメニューを黙って席に投げる態度で最悪のレストランです。

空港から近く清潔感あるホテルです
Pros:

空港から近く、無料のペットボトルサービスやポット、30分間隔のシャトルバスは良かったです。以前違うホテルは1時間に1本しか無かったので。
部屋も清潔でベッドの硬さもちょうど良く、枕の高さも丁度良かったです。次回フランクフルト空港で泊まる機会があれば、必ず泊まります。

バスタブがあれは、最高です。

Wir haben gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Flughafens.

Cons:

Die Toilettenspülung ging zeitweise nicht, so dass wir die Toiletten im Spa nutzen mussten, da kein Klempner im Haus war.
