Please note that the shuttle bus (NH Hotel Bus Number 1) from the hotel to the airport is available from 05:00 until 22:30 every half an hour (22:30 last bus to the airport). The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is available from 05:15 until 22:45 every half an hour (22:45 last bus to the hotel). It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel every 30 minutes. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 16 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that dogs and cats are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.

Localizacao proxima do aeroporto com tranfer

Cons:

O ar condicionado dos quartos nao estava funcionando. Fazia 30 graus no quarto, pedimos pra trocar, o que foi feito (um trabalho adicional para uma estadia de 1 noite) e o novo quarto tinha uma ventilação melhor, porém era impossível colocar uma temperatura desejada. Havia mosca no quarto e quando fomos jantar tambem havia moscas no local.

Péssima experiência.
Pros:

Quarto limpo, mas quente. Impossível se hospedar no verão.

Cons:

O ar condicionado que não funciona. Só faz barulho. Fomos na recepção para tentar resolver o problema e a pessoa nos deu um ventilador minúsculo e disse que era tudo que poderia fazer por nós. Descaso total. Ela poderia ter avisado durante o check-in que o hotel estava com problemas no ar condicionado. Quase 40 graus na cidade, é impossível dormir num quarto de hotel assim.

Very Convenient & Friendly,
Pros:

Very convenient pick up and drop facility. The bar & restaurant gives a good feel.
I used the sauna which was in very good condition. The staff was quite friendly.

Cons:

1. The air conditioning was not effective in the restaurant. The air conditioning in the room too wasn't very effective but could just manage
2. I complained about the locker not working but despite assurances nobody attended to the situation the entire time
3. It would have been nice to have some communication on the exact pick up point for the shuttle bus on email. For international travelers, it is a nightmare trying to identify the pick up spot. I had to refer to Google Gemini which mentioned Arrival Hall B, Gate 5. The shuttle bus was parked at Gate 6 but it was visible from where I was standing and hence I could immediately board it. There is also a NH Frankfurt West. I had almost boarded that shuttle till a good soul warned me.

WAS ADEQAUTE NOTHING SPECIAL

I AN 79 YET THEY PUT ME IN A ROOM THAT FARTHEST AWAY. I GOT AN E MAIL TO SAY I COULD HAVE A LATE CHECK OUT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, THEN ON ARRIVAL WAS TOLD IT WOULD 16 EUROS PER HOUR. FOR ME THE BREAKFAST WAS SO SO I LIKE MUESLI AND THERE WAS NONE

The airport shuttle for me was a piece of mind

Cons:

I book this hotel and paid more because it has a frig and AC. Apparently there are no working frig in the hotel. They all have a little frid but they don't work. Please be honest and tell the customer. I would not have stay at your place. When you travel all day you don't like ultimatum like if you are not happy go somewhere else! The AC is not really air-conditioning. The lowers is 5 which is fresh air. I had to take an other extra shower to cool off.. I was not very please with this stay. Breakfast was good but end up paring 42 euro so it's like 70 canadien ouch. But a very good buffet consider there is not much around so it's better to eat breakfast there. I was very happy to have it.

Stress free stay near airport, with helpful transport to the hotel. Very comfortable, lovely food.

20 min trotz online check in .....
frühstück war i.o. aber nicht berauschend

Schönes Zimmer - Stress mit der Garagenausfahrt
Pros:

Renovierte neue Zimmer, auf 4 Sterne Niveau. Schönes Laminat, Stühle mit Gummirollen, tolle Beleuchtung (Lampe, Bett usw.) gut veschliessbare Vorhänge (100 % Blickdicht), Bad sehr shcön, Ablage, tolle Dusche. In den Gängen Teppichbode - kein Lärm von rollenden Koffern. Tolle Nespresso Maschine - alles neu. Top. Rezeption sehr schnell, trotz Andrang. Grosses Manco - die Tiefgaragen Ausfahrt.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist in der Ausfahrt zu schmal. Bin hängen geblieben. Wer den perfekten Winkel nicht rifft, hängt fest, steil nach oben in einer Kurve. Der Randstein hoch und messerscharf. 1 Touch und die Felge ist Schrott. Werde deswgen das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht mehr buchen. Die Parkplätze oben sind ziemlich voll. Den Stress brauch niemand. Rate jedem mit größeren Wagen ist es ein Risiko. Aus meiner Sicht große PKW, SUVs grosser Radstand - vorsicht. Ich kenne viele Hotels mit TG, hier stimmt der Anfahrwinkel nicht, m.E. (PS: die spuren and er Wand sprechen Bände..)
