The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is available from 05:15 until 22:45 every half an hour (22:45 last bus to the hotel). It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel every 30 minutes. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 16 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free.

Lautes Zimmer und schlechter Service im hauseigegen Restaurant, welches ausschließlich von anmaßenden Personen mit Migrationshintergrund geführt wird.
Für eine Nacht jeweils zum Überbrücken der Zeit zum Abflug ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Das Frühstück war OK. Das personal sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Abendessen im Restaurant ging es etwas schleppend voran und das Angebot der Karte war nicht vollständig vorhanden. Habe aber trotzden etwas gefunden, was mir auch gut schmeckte. Der Shattelservice zum Flughafen und vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist komfortabel.

The room was not cleaned during the first two days - we had to request it at reception. Out of a four-night stay, housekeeping was done only once.
Upon arrival, both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty, which meant we could not wash our hair at 6:00 a.m. before leaving for work the next morning.
At breakfast, there were no spoons available and we had to ask for them. The shelves where the bowls were supposed to be were empty as well, and at 7:30 a.m. they still had not been restocked.
The receptionist present during our first three mornings was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful, which did not exactly set a welcoming tone for the day.
Your website states that it is not necessary to reserve the airport shuttle. In reality, we were refused because we had not booked it, and we had to delay our departure by an hour, which made us extremely late. If this policy has changed, it is essential that the information online be updated accordingly.
Finally, guests should be informed that, depending on wind direction, planes pass just a few dozen meters from the hotel starting at around 5:00 a.m. - sleeping after that is simply impossible. Fortunately, the wind does not always blow the same way.
In summary, the service was disappointingly mediocre across the board. We stayed here last year for one night and were satisfied, so something must have changed since then - most likely the team.
