We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf en de omgeving!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en uitgebreid. Zowel wij als de kinderen vonden er lekkers naar onze zin. Het personeel in het restaurant en aan de bar was ook heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Onze douchekop spoot alle kanten op. We moesten onszelf in bochten wringen, omdat anders de hele badkamer nat was.

Very nice stay and very welcoming staff
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and had good variety.I liked that the tv in the room was smart tv and had netflix.

Pros:

Location was perfect for visiting the National Trust Charlecote next door. Breakfast was good and unhurried with unlimited drinks. We stayed in a heatwave & there was an electric fan supplied in the room. Staff were great and when the computer wouldn't allow our breakfast booking we were given vouchers.

Cons:

The decor was a little tired but the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Amazing
Pros:

Had not stayed here before so its always a worry saying somewhere new but we will stay again. Beautiful quiet location. Staff very inviting and friendly i honestly could praise it enough

Cons:

There could be more of a choice on dinner menu but this is honestly being gvery picky. Will not stop us staying g again

Disappoib=mting after a good stay last year.
Pros:

Room is very spacious but with the outside temp being high, the room temp was nearly making the room unusable. I appreciate the weather is not the fault of the hotel but they really need to consider Aircon.

Cons:

The whole bathroom needs an upgrade. Little to no shelf space for toiletries. The shower working was interesting as it would just stop and then start again.

Just the job!
Pros:

Location suited us well for a stop-over plus the bonus of nice walks and the deer park close by, plus a choice of cafes nearby. Staff were really lovely - polite and helpful in all areas. Very dog friendly too, with bed bowls and treats for the pup. The bar food and breakfast (thanks for the freebee - lovely surprise!) were OK. Will definitely again.

Cons:

Bits of the hotel and outside space were a little tired and needed a little bit of TLC. But certainly didn't detract from a lovely stay.

A nice location staffed by nice people, just be aware when travelling in summer.
Pros:

The dining room facilities are excellent both for breakfast and dining later in the day. Parking is right out front and adequate. The location is quiet and relaxing and only a short hop to Stratford upon Avon.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were there the week of the great heatwave and the rooms do not have air-conditioning. Sleeping proved difficult.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We had an upgraded room and it was so beautiful. The hotel had also supplied a large fan too, which was great as the weather has been so hot. I was also chosen as the guest of the day and had a free breakfast next morning. That was a lovely surprise . The hotel is right on the boundary of Charlecote House and Park. Great place to visit. So that was also a plus .

There was simply nothing I didn't like. Great hotel and staff

Pros:

It's a great location. The room (suite) was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a mini fridge filled with cold soft drinks and water, and it had some snacks as well. The staff were very friendly and polite. Also, the room had a standing fan to keep the room cooler during the heatwave. The restaurant is also very nice, the food was great as well as the service. The continental-style breakfast was also great with plenty of selection. There are plenty of car parking spaces with easy access to the room. Thank you for the staff for working hard to keep the hotel clean and making the guests feel welcome!
