Staff
Food not great
Reception staff excellent
Restaurant staff seemed unprepared for evening service
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was nice and peaceful.
The menu for dinner was quite limited but the quality was ok but the coffee machine at breakfast wasn't working. The decor in our room was a bit worse for wear.
We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and always enjoyed it. Comfortable bed and nice room and toiletries.
I stayed in Room 50. The bed was very comfortable, the carpet and curtains and decor all looked very clean and new. Decent bathroom. Good parking. Smooth check in. Great location for Charlcote Park and Stratford upon Avon. Bar and restaurant nicely decorated. Good value for money.
Signage for reception and check in could be clearer. The bar and restaurant staff and the menu on the Sunday night were rather uninspiring, however this was made up by great service and a decent choice at breakfast time.
We came here as we first stayed here around 15 years ago and decided to come back. As we expected the staff were great and very helpful and the location was perfect.
The room were worn and the bathroom was cold. We stayed in the very cold patch and the room was cold. Reception were not able to provide extra blankets and we had to leave the radiator on full to try to warm it up. The bathroom wasn’t really clean. The shower was so blocked it was nearly over flowing.
Breakfast was average but I would suggest that you ass to the menu what eggs you offer and that you add fried potatoes instead of hash browns as they were not has browns.
Sadly if we had realised how tired it was going to be we would not have stayed, for the price we could have stayed in various other hotels for less with more facilities. We would not stay again😢
Friendly and helpful staff
Lack of disability access
Me and my fiance stayed here for our anniversary it was our second time at this hotel and the staff were amazing and extremely helpful the woman on the front desk I think her name was Sharon made us guest of the day which meant we had a free breakfast the next morning which was a lovely gesture by the hotel.
We had food in the evening in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it, we certainly will be back again very soon thanks again for a truly enjoyable stay
Regards
Mohammed
Carpet could do with washing otherwise room was perfect ☺️
Nice breakfast and bar area.
The staff were excellent! Really friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a fabulous stay. Location was ideal as we had two little dogs so didn't want to be right in the centre and there were plenty of walks in beautiful countryside. The food was also delicious. We had a fabulous breakfast and also dinner the evening we arrived.
It might have been nice to have some evening entertainment if we didn't want to drive into Stratford.
We had a lovely stay, room was comfortable and clean. We've booked to come back again.
Staff very friendly
Hotel well maintained and clean
Large parking area
Modern rooms
Excellent bar & Restaurant
Bar prices are slightly higher than an equivalent standard of hotel.
Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. Fulfilled all requests and nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice.Staff at all times were friendly, helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Decor is some areas could possibly do with upgrade.
Decor in some areas. But didn’t spoil the enjoyment and friendly atmosphere.
Very good room, good evening meal, good quality breakfast, co-operative re-adjustment of booking. Lovely garden to sit and relax.
Breakfast ingredients tended to run out. Insufficient pastries and bread on one morning and insufficient juice another. However staff did try to rectify the problem.
Very comfortable room and bed - great to see duvets on the bed. Overall clean and a very pleasant welcome. Easy to find and park the car and convenient for our stay.
The breakfast was rather bland and unoriginal. It would have been nice to have seen a few more bread options and a wider variety of fruit, but okay for the price.
We had two dogs with us who were well looked after. Large room to accommodate us all.
Great walking field just out side our room.
Couldn’t make use of dining facilities.
Interconnected room. So sound proofing not great. Bit of anxiety due to barky dog, so worried about waking neighbour.
Very nice room, comfortable bed, toiletries included. Teas and coffees. Very good meal in the evening.
