Really nice stay
Breakfast was delicious, menu stated everything was sourced from the butchers and quality definitely showed it
The breakfast was lovely the warm cookies on Sunday were banging
The mattress in the travel cot
Upgraded room, good food, helpful staff.
Coffee machine broken, but quickly replaced by staff.
Helpful staff
Bathroom dated
Amazing bed, so comfortable, lovely staff
Nothing
Had Sunday lunch (roast beef) was OK but I have had better the room was OK for one night everything else was OK but doubt I would stay again
Bathroom very small the bed was not a double but two singles pushed together it was very uncomfortable I had trouble sleeping
Lovely hotel, friendly staff.
The room was set at tropical temperature so neither of us slept well as even after turning off the radiator as soon as we stepped in the room and then managed to open the window all of 3 inches it was stifling in there all night. We both spent the night on top of the duvet trying to get comfortable enough to sleep.
Return visit and a lovely stay again. Room was lovely - warm, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Asked for a particular room which the hotel accommodated which was nice of them. Hotel has plenty of parking, decent Wi-Fi and is well located in a beautiful, peaceful rural area. Excellent friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing.
Absolute gem of a hotel, staff were all very friendly and polite. Our room was huge, warm and really comfortable. We were made to feel really welcome,as was our dog. Lovely location next to Charlecote national Trust house and church.. Will definitely be returning for another relaxing stay.
Nothing
Reception staff excellent
Restaurant staff seemed unprepared for evening service

Food not great
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was nice and peaceful.
The menu for dinner was quite limited but the quality was ok but the coffee machine at breakfast wasn't working. The decor in our room was a bit worse for wear.
We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and always enjoyed it. Comfortable bed and nice room and toiletries.
I stayed in Room 50. The bed was very comfortable, the carpet and curtains and decor all looked very clean and new. Decent bathroom. Good parking. Smooth check in. Great location for Charlcote Park and Stratford upon Avon. Bar and restaurant nicely decorated. Good value for money.
Signage for reception and check in could be clearer. The bar and restaurant staff and the menu on the Sunday night were rather uninspiring, however this was made up by great service and a decent choice at breakfast time.
