Wirklich sehr freundliches Personal am Front desk und Restaurant, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ; frisch zubereitete Omlettes zum Frühstück runden das gute Angebot ab

Leider fehlte in meinem Zimmer ein Sessel, die Spuren an der Wand verrieten: hier stand einmal eine Sitzgelegenheit.
Das identischem Zimmer meiner parallel untergebrachten Schwägerin war hier kompletter ausgestattet…

Zimmer Bar fehlt

Personal und Sauberkeit 1A. Bin ich auch seit Jahren gewohnt. Ich komme dort immer wieder hin. Da meine Mutter in Hannover wohnt und das Hotel ist in ihrer Nähe.

Bisher war es egal wo man einquatiert war
Bei diesem Mal fehlte im Zimmer ein ganzer Schrank und der Kühlschrank. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass die Kühlschänke (Hausbar) in den Etagen 3 und 4 ausgebaut wurden und auch nicht wieder eingebaut werden. Ob das im Sinn eines 4Sterne Hotel's kann ich mir irgendwie nicht vorstellen. An sondern war es, wie immer ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The stay was memorable

The veiw from room was excellent, staff is cooperative , Metro train station is close to the hotel
