Disappointing
Pros:

Room fine. Location great.

Cons:

Most of the lifts were out of service meaning it took ages to get in and out. Totally unacceptable.

The room was too hot. Aircon totally pathetic.

A great couple of nights with a couple of inconveniences that brought down the experience slightly
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean and the room was exactly what I was looking for

Cons:

Unfortunately only one of the four lifts was working for the duration of our stay. The AC in the room was functional but wouldn't change temperature at all.
I'm not sure if I just didn't notice it but an extra £50 per night is required as a security deposit which caught me by surprise.

Trying to find the entrance & getting to Reception whilst on foot from the tube. More signage needed.

Pros:

少し中心から離れて、
静かに過ごせるし、
ロケーションが良く、
地下鉄、バスの利用に便利。
また、スタッフさんの対応が親切。

Cons:

エレベーターが少なく、
朝は待つ事が多くて、
待ちきれず、階段で移動される方も少なくありませんでした。

A very pleasant experience
Pros:

I liked the location situated near the tube and the bus station which offer the possibility to arrive in short time at the main objectives; good acces to different line of the metro
Good breakfast
It was very useful the kettle, the caffe, the tea and the water offered by the hotel every day
During the breakfast the hotel has a good organization so you don’t have to wait for a table
Definitely we return to this hotel
