Being charged £100 deposit on check in, and not receiving it when checking out, despite contacting the hotel numerous times after check out.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was comfortable, but for some reason they made up two beds for me even though I was traveling alone. The reception staff was very polite. The rooms are cleaned periodically, including upon request.

Cons:

I arrived late in the evening. The hotel bar and restaurant close quite early. I was very hungry. The hotel isn't located in the most touristy area, so finding a place to eat late at night was quite difficult, which spoiled my first impression.

Pros:

Hammersmith, por si só, é uma localização subestimada. Extremamente bem atendido pelas principais linhas de metrô, acaba por ficar perto de tudo. Entretanto, não está no meio da confusão.
O hotel é muito próximo da estação de metrô (que, inclusive, possui linha direta ao Heathrow e à St Pancras). A localização do hotel é o ponto mais alto.

Os funcionários também são corteses e atenciosos - no primeiro dia solicitamos a troca do frigobar que não estava funcionando e, ao retornar no fim do dia, já estava resolvido.

Além disso, a água mineral que era diariamente fornecida de forma gratuita também é algo bastante positivo.

Cons:

O carpete do quarto passa um aspecto de sujo ao quarto.

Além disso, me parece que a ventilação é central e por estar no modo de aquecimento, não conseguimos ligar ar condicionado no quarto - ficamos com calor e acabamos por dormir de janela aberta (se não for isso, simplesmente o ar condicionado então não funcionava).

Pros:

I liked the fact that the tube was closeby, they had luggage storage facility and a descent room size

Cons:

The hotel charged me 21 pounds for breakfast, which did not include eggs. To get anything with eggs one had to pay an a dditional 6 pounds. This was not mentioned when paying for breakfast, it was told to me when i went to order eggs!. No hotel does this kind of stealing !! when you pay for breakfast, you assume that it covers everything and you dont have to pay extra, because thast just how it works!

Pros:

L’accueil, la personne de m accueil était génial je n ai plus son nom mais il parlait anglais et pakistanais. Il a été à l écoute à pris le temps et a répondu à toutes mes questions
