Convenient and great location
Pros:

Convenient for comic con. Comfortable and offer discount on parking

Cons:

Restaurants don’t offer enough selection and very expensive . Need coffee machines and a pool table

Pros:

The hotel was centrally located. It was close to the train station and my meeting venue
The availability of lounge area around the hotel was superb

Great location
Pros:

The Hotel is perfectly situated beside the tube and bus station/stops. Only 20 minutes to the centre of London. Its decor is fantastic, just sitting in the bar is great. The dining experience was fantastic, the food was lovely. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are outstanding, very courteous and nothing is too much trouble.

Cons:

We booked an executive suite, with a mini bar, but there was no minibar, just a fridge.

Location was excellent

Cons:

Lifts were ridiculous. So slow. No stairs visible. Slow reception. Really thin walls so woke up early to people checking out.

Really impressed, would stay again, very close to The Apollo and tube station
Pros:

Very nice hotel , friendly vibe, well presented

Cons:

Nothing bad to say really
We didn’t find the ‘main’ entrance until the last day but mostly used the lower ground floor entrance
Lifts can be a little slow but didn’t bother us
