Not bad, not great
Pros:

Staff were nice and in a goid location for eventium apollo.

Cons:

Pillows not very comfortable. TV kept turning on in the middle of the night mysteriously. Not great for an exect room. Kept us up all night. In fairness the staff were apologetic and tried to help.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu. Mój pobyt od początku był problematyczny, ale najgorsze okazało się rozliczenie. Hotel bezpodstawnie pobrał od całej naszej rodziny opłatę za śniadania dwukrotnie. Próbowaliśmy wyjaśnić tę sytuację i skontaktować się z obsługą kilkukrotnie, jednak nasze wiadomości i telefony zostały całkowicie zignorowane. Obsługa klienta po prostu nie istnieje, a sprawa wygląda jak naciąganie gości. Omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem, jeśli nie chcecie stracić nerwów i pieniędzy!

Pros:

Room was lovely, spacious, quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and I honestly didn't want to get up!

Cons:

I was waiting at the bar for quite a while before acknowledged by a member of staff, but appreciate it was busy there. About 4-5 minutes?

Pros:

Staff at front desk where very helpful and polite. The room was lovely and clean with everythibg you could need. Breakfast was lovely with a goid variaty of food.

Cons:

No air con as such.
