Lovely hotel and good location

For shopping it is little far and price to stay is high.
Pros:

For me the Location is little quite, but near from Heathrow airport. Overall I recommend to those who wants to live near airport ,,,it is 9 stations towards picadally circus or Oxford street. Our station Hammersmith is good aswell but I like to live where night lives.

Pros:

Everything was lovely the staff were polite and efficient, the hotel was great with a good location, the room was perfect and we were offered an upgrade! Breakfast was brilliant and overall we just had a wonderful stay!

Good air conditioning in rooms. Good location to public transport

Cons:

Didn't get the service I paid for.... told me I hadn't paid for breakfast. The superior room(it was small, basic, and in need of a lick of paint and new carpet.I booked breakfast included on your website, which we didn't get. They expected us to pay 25 pounds each every morning for breakfast, an expense we weren't expecting to have. So if I didn't pay for breakfast, why was the room so expensive??? It definitely wasn't worth the money.
So I paid €1,183.98 for a substandard accommodation . Will not be using booking.com in the future again or returning to the Novotel west London either

Nice hotel. Eat elsewhere for breakfast.
Pros:

Good comfortable room. Good pillows

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor quality. Fruit juice was tasteless. Coffee was tasteless. Bacon was a pile of 2 rashers stuck together. We went out somewhere else on the first day. Wish we’d gone the second day. I would not have breakfast there again.
