Memorable and worth the money paid.
Pros:

The receptionist, Mr Alex was exceptional in the way he received me and my colleagues and was always willing to assist us throughout our stay at the hotel. He was such a nice person.

Cons:

I couldn't watch Premier league matches throughout my stay at the hotel. Was not happy about it.

NEFASTO SERVICIO DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE DE BOOKING

Siento tener que escribir esta reseña, pero no queda otra alternativa. El Hotel fue estupendo cumplió todas mis expectativas. La experiencia allí fue MUY GRATA. El desastre vino después, cuando volví a casa y comprobé que BOOKING me había efectuado DOS cargos por la misma reserva. Un cargo por la estancia en el Hotel y otro por no haberme presentado. He intentado en múltiples ocasiones comunicarme con Booking para poder aclarar el tema bastante evidente por otro lado, pero únicamente consigo email reclamando documentación, para que posteriormente me comuniquen que no sirve lo enviado. Hasta la fecha sigo con dos cargos en mi cuenta por una misma reserva.

Cons:

No me gustó EL NEFASTO SERVICIO DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE DE BOOKING.
Me solicitan a mi justificaciones de los cargos recibidos. Cuando les envío los cargos, únicamente me dicen que la documentación enviada no cumple con el formato que necesita la Inteligencia artificial que verifica la documentación.
A fin de cuentas, sigo con dos cargos en mi tarjeta de crédito por una misma reserva, sin poder recuperarlos y sin entender como, no es BOOKING quien me justifica a mi los cargos realizados.

Usually love staying here. Barely slept because room smell was so bad.

Staff were lovely. Great location.

Cons:

There was a horible smell in the room and the pillow didnt smell clean. Having the option for steamed milk including non dairy for breakfast to go with the coffee feels like an easy step to make breakfast better at the price it is.

Exceptional experience & wonderful customer service
Pros:

My Partner and I, we liked everything about this property. From the entrance to exit we were treated in an exceptional way. We were offered a room upgrade to executive suite on the 9th floor by a lovely staff member - Maria. She made us “the guests of the day”and we got vouchers for free drinks and mini bar refill for free. Our room was clean, nice and cozy. There is a a gym open 24/7. Reception is open 24 hours. Hotel is in a nice area and very close to the tube, one line to the city centre and also to Heathrow. Thank you so much for this lovely stay!
