A bit noisy as I could hear the cleaner outside my room quite clearly.

Breakfast was very good. But the day we traveled we were given a very poor breakfast box. Yogurt without a spoon. cereal and milk bur no bowl and spoon
Breakfast box was awful. Pipes leaking in the toilet. Room 4113 had broken skirting near the bed.
The staff was very friendly. And the bed / pillows comfortable.

The room was very outdated. The bathroom facilities seemed like they were in shambles.
The bathroom wall near the tub area had hair left over form previous inhabitants.
The couch and carpet were stained and quite disgusting.
The doors on some of the furniture was proper falling off.
The breakfast was very unappealing and very few options.
For the steep price, the number of stars one would expect a lot more. Will not stay here again and will not recommend.

The reception area and restaurants and bars are excellent, very stylish. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
The rooms are well maintained but incredibly dated with textured wallpaper and furnitute that looks like it's from around 20 years ago. Drab colours, it's quite depressing. Some rooms are a long walk from the lift and because the hotel is so big, be aware you can wait a long time for a lift especially in the morning.

Early check-in war kostenlos möglich. Lage für den Besuch einer Veranstaltung im Eventim Apollo war sehr gut.
Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Duschen sieht man zum Abluftgitter, das komplett mit Staub verdreckt war. Das Reinigungspersonal wäre erst spät nachmittags zur Zimmerreinigung gekommen, als wir bereits wieder am Zimmer waren, um uns für den Abend vorzubereiten.
