TODO MUY BIEN CON EL HOTEL, SOLO QUE DEBEN DE CAMBIAR SU INFORMACIÓN EN CUANTO A LA UBICACIÓN YA QUE EN LA DESCRIPCIÓN DEL HOTEL APARECE QUE ESTA A 7 MIN DEL CENTRO DE QUERÉTARO Y ESTO NO ES ASÍ!

Es un lugar muy bonito, limpio y muy práctico. Se encuentra en una zona en desarrollo, por lo que es necesario el pedir indicaciones claras para llegar, además del Waze.
Lo único en lo que fallaron fue en proveernos de plancha y tabla de planchar porque estaban todas ocupadas y la señorita de recepción no fue muy amable.

El hotel es bonito y funcional PERO tuvimos la mala experiencia que la habitación que nos dieron estaba realmente sucia. El piso de la habitación sucio, el baño con cabellos en la zona de regadera y pelos en la taza. Las toallas y sabanas manchadas como con maquillaje de mujer y las camas con cabellos. Fue realmente decepcionante.
