We chose our accommodation based on location and transportation options. The location was absolutely fantastic and the staff were very friendly.
We had previously stayed at Novotel hotels, for example in Germany, so we chose one in London as well. The hotel wasn’t as clean as I had expected. There was a noticeable odor in the hallways, and the bathroom wasn’t exactly 100% clean. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a pull-out bed. The pull-out bed consisted of two sections placed side by side, and during the night, the sections and mattresses would separate. We were often woken up during the night and had to rearrange the bed. We paid extra for breakfast one day—the price was quite high. During our stay, the toilet got clogged twice, which was unpleasant, but the staff always fixed it within 10 minutes.

Hotel położony jest kilka minut drogi na piechotę od głównych atrakcji Londynu, w pokoju była lodówka i czajnik, szklanki, kawa, herbata, mleko do kawy i pusta szklana butelka, do której można nalać filtrowanej wody przy windach w ten sposób jest mniej plastiku. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór, dzieciom podobała się maszyna do robienia pancakes.
