Erittäin siisti hotelli, hyvä aamupala ja todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti mukavasti lähellä Thamesia, metro pienen kävelymatkan päässä Big Benin lähellä, bussi 344 hotellin edestä Liverpool Street Stationille. Kävellen onnistuu nähtävyyksien kiertäminen, jos vain jaksaa kävellä.

Estupendo todo.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, nos sorprendió ya que paseando agradablemnete por el río avistas rapidamente la panóramica de Westminster junto al Bigben.
El desayuno nos pareció acorde a los precios que se valoran en esta ciudad, ya que por un adulto pagas £21 y un niño gratis, es tipo desyuno buffet y para nosotros fue suficiente.
La habitación estupenda, muy limpia, baños nuevos, confortable, en general nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable.

Cons:

La chambre réservée n'était pas prête en fin de journée, malgré une annonce d'arrivée fin de matinée. Ce problème a été réglé sur l'intervention d'une hôtesse (niveau réception)

Lieu stratégique pour visiter Londres

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas bilingue c'est dommage quand on est dans l'hôtellerie dans un hôtel 3 étoiles dans la ville de Londres.
Le parking est payant, informations non mentionné dans les recherches booking et rajouter 15 € de plus pour notre chien, egalement mentionné lors de la réservation et envoyé mail pour bien préciser que je venais avec un chien. A aucun moment nous n'avons eu l'information qu'il fallait payer en plus.
