Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man kann den Big Ben in ca 15 Gehminuten erreichen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr lösungsorientiert.

Hotel vicino Big Ban. Lontano dai quartieri vivi e dinamici di Londra. Metro:10/15 min a piedi.
Pros:

La pulizia.

Cons:

Colazione pessima: lenti nel rifornire gli alimenti finiti, code per tostare il pane (tostapane da cambiare!) e per preparare i pancake. Sala colazione piccola per accogliere gli ospiti presenti in sala.
Staff poco accogliente e non disponibile ad accontentare le richieste del cliente.
Alla reception non parlano la lingua italiana, nonostante sul sito web venga elencata tra le lingue parlate in Hotel.
Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
