Bel soggiorno a due passi dal Big Ben
Pros:

La posizione ottima , con una piccola passeggiata lungo il Tamigi si arriva a Westminster e Big Ben .stanza curata e molto pulita .

Cons:

Colazione a pagamento , costo eccessivo rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato .

Pros:

Staff were not that friendly, I kept calling the lobby from the room no one ever picked up. Terrible room service and hygiene

Pros:

Muy limpio. El personal muy amable aunque no hablan español se esfuerzan por ayudar. Muy cómodas las camas al igual que el sofá cama. El desayuno básico pero tenía todo lo necesario para empezar bien el dia

Cons:

Lo único que podria decir es que no hay un metro tan cerca pese que si hay varias paradas de bus. Personalmente prefiero el bus

Had a wonderful time, we’ve have no complaints and would certainly recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

Clean, modern and had all the right facilities for a weekend stay.

Just a little too far from tube station.

Good but unhelpful
Pros:

Good accomodation fairly priced

Cons:

Parking verification was not made clear and caused me to be late and have to park at the barrier and come into the hotel. I had already paid the fee. I would expect staff to come out and help which they refused to do. Cause a lot of problems behind me in queue of cars.
