Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania, widok na London Eye i Big Ben, duży pokój, przestronna łazienka. Filtrowana woda dostępna cały czas i bez limitu. Lodówka w pokoju.

Cons:

Rozkladana sofa - dwa materace które były dobrej jakości ale cały czas się rozjeżdżały robią dziurę po środku. Powinien być jeden materac. Mała toaleta.

Schönes Hotel für eine Kurzreise nach London
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Big Ben und das London Eye sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist immer freundlich gewesen. Wir konnten bei Ankunft direkt einchecken. Bei Abreise durften wir die Koffer für den Rest des Tages im Hotel lassen. Einziges Manko: Die Sauna war leider an 3 von 5 Tagen außer Betrieb. Das war schade! Ansonsten würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Das "Familienzimmer" war schon etwas eng zu viert.

Tutto bene tranne la la camera
Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera quadrupla ma il divano letto per le nostre figlie era davvero piccolo, le lenzuola erano addirittura non per un matrimoniale ma una piazza e mezza quindi una delle due era coperta a metà. Diciamo che se hai due bimbi piccoli va bene, se cominci ad avere figli più grandi rischiano di non starci.

La struttura multi pulita personale super gentilissimo specialmente Costantino alla reception che anche italiano una persona molto professionale e accogliente e poi c’è Maria che sempre italiana che sta nel lato nelle colazioni che una persona bravissima e professionale ma tutto io personale e gentilissimo e poi la struttura è bellissima lo straconsiglio posizione super tutto peccoribile a piedi

Very confused as he would expect this to be straightforward

It was my 15 year-old son first experience of coming for a weekend away in London. I booked him an executive room. The staff check this into premium rooms instead it was very disappointing very bizarre.
