Pros:

El trato espléndido por parte de todo el personal,la amplitud de la habitación,el edificio precioso por dentro y por fuera,muy bien cuidado. Muy buena ubicación.

Ottima location, bella camera
Pros:

Location ideale, vicino al centro città e al porto dei traghetti per Formentera. Camera spaziosa e ben attrezzata, bella piscina sul roof top.

Cons:

Check in alle 16, ma sono super disponibili per tenere i bagagli e utilizzare piscina e servizi

Geweldig hotel, schoon, super vriendelijke personeel, nette kamers en fantastische ligging
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig. Midden in de stad en voor de deur een grote (betaalde) parkeerplaats. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Wij hebben bij de receptie gevraagd om een huurauto. Dit zou een kwartier duren, na 3 kwartier hebben we gevraagd waarom het lang duurde. Het zou wederom nog een kwartier duren, maar na een kwartier was er nog geen auto.
We hebben de auto toen geannuleerd. Dit ligt niet aan het hotel en de medewerkers, maar wel extern en misschien kunnen ze dat eens bespreken.

Stanza pulita.

Cons:

Struttura rimasta negli anni 90 con stanze e servizi modesti.
Personale non all'altezza.
Alla richiesta di avere un poco di latte, per nostro figlio di 1 anno, alle 6h45 prima di partire per aeroporto, la risposta è stata NO perché la colazione (che avevamo pagato) era dalle 7.
Assolutamente indegno visto il prezzo di 300 euro per 1 notte.

Excellent location , great pool , comfy rooms
Pros:

Location a short walk into centre of town . Roof top pool - we arrived early they staff took our cases in and gave us towels so we could relax around pool

Cons:

There was only one waiter by the pool he looked frazzled at time he could do with some help when it is busy.

Ideal location with relaxing rooftop pool.
Pros:

Loved the rooftop pool area. Very relaxing.
Great location for walking around Ibiza town and short taxi ride to airport.
Lovely continental breakfast.
Staff ordered taxis straight away at reception.
20 minute walk home from Pacha!

Cons:

Had requested double bed and given single beds. Checked in on my birthday and had emailed in advance to inform and ask if any upgrades / the double bed. But nothing said at reception when checking in.
