Stanza grande e vicino al porto dove partono i traghetti con piscina sul roof top , doccia e diverse sdraio a disposizione . Staff cordiale. Si possono lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out

La limpiadora entra en la habitación sin avisar y te habla mal

En el restaurante se olvidaron de mí. Sirvieron antes a un grupo numeroso que llegó después y a mí tardaron casi hora y media en total. En el postre directamente se olvidaron de que estaba y pasados 25 minutos esperándolo, tuve que avisar y me dijeron que había habido una confusión.
Por la noche la camarera de pisos llamó a mi puerta, se equivocó de puerta, le dije que no pasaba nada.
Por la mañana, poco antes de dejar la habitación, la limpiadora llamó a la puerta y, al instante, abrió la puerta, sin esperar el permiso, y sin motivo ya que no tenía que limpiarla hasta el check-out. Me podía haber pillado desnuda, en el baño o en pareja... (si no hubiese viajado sola) me quedé en shock porque no entendía esa privación de mi intimidad y le pedí explicaciones. Me contestó de malas maneras (creo que si yo fuera un hombre no me hubiese hablado así, es más, se hubiese disculpado por abrir la puerta sin permiso), y me dijo que ella sí tenía derecho de abrir, estaba a la defensiva. Tuve que defenderme y le dije que a un hombre no le hablaría así. Al contarlo en recepción les pareció normal y defendieron a la limpiadora. Entiendo que en este hotel es común que entren en tu habitación...
Es el hotel más caro en el que he estado y, sin duda, la peor estancia de mi vida. No volvería ni gratis!!!

El check in a las 16.00 h me parece impresentable.
El problema debe ser porque hay poco servicio de limpieza y las habitaciones no están limpias.
Es un gran hotel pero necesita un "lavado de cara", se ve obsoleto y viejuno

Trato amable, educado, colaborativo y cordial del personal. Ubicación alejada del bullicio y al mismo tiempo muy próxima al puerto y el centro de la ciudad sin necesidad de coger transporte. Multitud de comercios y servicios en los alrededores del hotel. Habitacion espaciosa, tranquila, bien equipada y con terraza agradable. Baño grande y bien provisto de juego de toallas. Camas cómodas, almohadas dobles. Ropa blanca limpia y completa.
