I like the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff are helpful and most importantly, they speak English😁 i like the surrounding of the hotel, quiet and accessible to all. , like restaurants, train stations and shops.
It's all good, nothing that i dont like😊

Great breakfast. Location is excellent.
3 beds in a 2-bed room. Lighting is not enough in room. Little dusty because of carpet floor.
It was spacious, clean, beautiful and very good location close to metro
It was all good
Location is great.
Nothing.
Convenient location and very good breakfast.
The room should not at all be open to be booked for two adults and two children. More a problem of the booking platform but the suggestion was that the two kids (11 and 13) should share the single bed. Our fault for not cancelling this hotel but the staff showed zero flexibility when we asked for another matress, airbed or tatami. Ended up buying a yoga mat and and a sleeping bag. It was a shame that there was no solution offered. Also got only three duvets (again, booked for four people) three glasses, three mugs etc. The room is for max three people and should not pop up when you search for a room for four - even if they are "children".
Very close to the metro. It’s is perfect if you want to do all the attractions in Tokyo and also Disney as the hotel is about 30 mins away from all of them. Breakfast was good for the price.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, close to the station and local shops, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.
There was very little to dislike. The room was slightly compact, but this is expected in Tokyo and did not affect our overall comfort.
