The location is excellent. It’s in a neighborhood with tons of small, local shops and restaurants. A 2-minute walk to the train station.
The bed is very small VERY SMALL and linked to the wall.
Very uncomfortable, even for a couple.
This was our 2nd stay at Keisei Richmond hotel. Great location with 2 intersecting train lines and not far from Tokyo Station. Rooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable. Good shower over bath.

Convenient location , clean & tidy hotel & generous buffet breakfast. Access to tea/ coffee, soft drinks & icecream outside breakfast hours. Luggage storage under the beds was a bonus. We had an opening window & a lovely view of the sunrise each morning. Plentiful supplies of tea, coffee & person products (cleansers, moisturisers, cotton buds etc). Even though the bathroom was small, the fan worked very well to keep the moisture out of the air & stop the mirror from fogging up. Lots of little eateries & bars in the vicinity & easy access to the JR, Metro & underground train systems. Reception open 24 hours.
The room was very compact & the bathroom was small, especially for 3 people - any longer than a week and it would have become challenging

מלון בשכונה טובה ולא רחוקה מהאתרים המרכזיים כ 30-20 דקות במטרו שנמצא ממש ליד המלון. לארוחת בוקר מאכלי ים למי שאוהב זה מצויין. גלידה ושתיה קלה כפינוק במהלך היום ,מאוד נחמד. יש 4 מכונות כביסה שגם מייבשות . אך היבוש לא טוב.

It was a wonderful place, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally kind to children. The facilities were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Everything was well organized, and I truly appreciated the warm and child-friendly environment. I would highly recommend this place to others.
It’s clean, well located, just 3 mins walk from the station, lots of eateries around and breakfast at the hotel is a must!
