Quarto maravilhoso e todo reformado. Café da manhã muito bom e ótimas opções de restaurante dentro do hotel.
Muy buen desayuno,
El Pesonal de recepción super atentos, Carolina y Andrés, grandes host!
The whole atmosphere and attitude of front desk personnel.
The facilities start to look a bit old. Shower didn't have that much power.

Best hotel in cdmx
Great place. Worth it!
Location was excellent. Bed and pillows were very comfy and breakfast was very nice. Hotel green patio was amazing. 💕
There was some construction going on upper floors which was little disturbing 😳
Pros: Location is top-notch. Staff are very friendly, courteous, and very attentive (a hallmark of the FS brand). Rooms were comfortable and the pillows/bed were a dream. The room temperature was adequate. Food was great, with a particular shoutout to cocktails at Fifty Mills. The inner courtyard is a beautiful and lush garden.
Cons: The hallways/rooms are a bit outdated, but the property is being redone gradually (which can also be somewhat noisy, but we were forewarned). The pool area is underwhelming.

Courtyard of the hotel
Me and my wife visited Four Seasons Mexico City for our honeymoon. Our flight was 14 hours from Istanbul. And after from a long flight all we wanted to rest and enjoy the hotel. Because of the hotel's name, we were expecting a flawless stay, but we encountered a situation that really surprised us. Due to the renovation work at the hotel, there was an incredible amount of noise in our room. When we shared this with hotel, they told us since we were on the second floor, we were actually the least affected by the noise. They said they could transfer us to another hotel if we wanted and that they were sorry. It honestly felt like a joke. In the end, they moved us to another room. On the second day, the noise continued at the same level as before. Luckily, we had only booked the hotel for two night. After all this, hotel manager came to us while we are leaving and said she is sorry and try to compansate this financially. Within couple days we received a message saying that they are covering our expenses that we made while in the hotel. Which is nowhere near what we experienced and what we paid for 2 nights in total. This whole situation is totally not acceptable for such a hotel which promises for a flawless stay. Big dissapointment.
Held my wedding here in June 2025.
This is the premiere hotel in Mexico City. Everything was absolutely impeccable, a luxury experience! From the welcome, check in, stay… to the wedding itself! It was like a dream. Shout out to the Alejandra who helped us create our wedding menu and made sure every detail was taken care of in the most perfect way possible. Thank you to the Four Seasons team for everything!
Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms
Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.
I found the hotel to be quite nice. Especially the gardened center court yard. The service was outstanding. The Mexican staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent. I was there for business meetings and found the hotel grounds were conducive to meet people and get work done.
I had asked the concierge to do something special for Valentine’s Day while I was there as my partner was with me. The concierge executed excellent with punctuality and follow through.
I was recommended the hotel as the right place to stay when in Mexico City for business and I must agree. I also think the hotels culture, restaurants and atmosphere make for a wonderful stay for personal reasons as well.
The service and staff were truly excellent, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The building itself has a lot of character, and the courtyard is especially lovely, offering a peaceful and charming atmosphere.
However, the rooms left much to be desired. They felt quite outdated and didn’t reflect the level of luxury typically associated with a Four Seasons property. The bathrooms, in particular, were below expectations — in both design and functionality.
The hallways also showed signs of age, with a somewhat tired and worn appearance. While some updates have clearly been made, the hotel would benefit from a more extensive renovation to bring it fully in line with the brand’s usual standards.
The hotel is perfectly located for a visit to the city, and its layout around a large inner courtyard provides a pleasant separation from the city’s noise and hectic life outside.
Rooms and service are impeccable Four Seasons level, not much more to add here. We visited the Zanaya courtyard restaurant for a very pleasant Mexican lunch, and the Fifty Mils bar for drinks and snacks, which fully lived up to its reputation. Dinner at the Italian Il Becco was outstanding and worth writing home about.
The transfers and excursions organized by the concierge worked as planned.
Unfortunately, on our last night the Zanaya restaurant was closed for a private function for a marketing event, which resulted in high noise levels in the rooms overlooking the courtyard well into the night.
For our next visit to Mexico City, we will certainly consider staying at the Four Seasons again.
Stayed for nine nights recently and was actually quite disappointed. The hotel is currently going through a renovation process, which is completely required. However, we weren’t informed about this until check in.
We arrived around 9pm after a long international flight. As it was ‘Fashion Week’ there was large and loud party in the courtyard. This finished by 11pm but it wasn’t a great welcome to this ‘City Sanctuary’.
The party vibe continued through to Women’s Day/Mother’s Day: loud events in the courtyard as well as BBQs. The hotel seemed more interested in making money from events than the comfort and enjoyment of guests.
Carpets in the room were dated, worn and dirty. Couch and cushions either need renewing or removal. I have stayed at many Four Seasons over the years, this was the worst experience we have had. Informed staff that we were ‘disappointed’ (also were unimpressed by the concierge services, poolside team, etc.). We were asked ‘What would you like us to do?’ - well we really wanted them to improve. The Customer Service Experience person told us: Well, we will give you a BIG SURPRISE. The next day, free Four Seasons branded bags, hats and luggage tags were left in our rooms. Nice gesture, but not a great wonderful surprise. I don’t wear branded t-shirts let alone do I need to promote a brand that has let me down.
My disappointment might sound petty. But to be clear, we spent £7.5K GBP for 9 days including drinks and breakfast/lunches/dinner. Pretty much every interaction with the team included missed items, rushed service, cold food. miscommunication or lack of service excellence.
Although many people were friendly, this experience has put me off the Four Seasons brand.
