Although our stay started with some concerns due to the renovation works, the genuine care, warmth and professionalism of the team quickly turned it into an unforgettable experience.
We truly felt the colors, energy and spirit of Mexico City throughout our stay. With its beautiful architecture and outstanding location, the hotel is one of the best places to experience the city.

The facilities start to look a bit old. Shower didn't have that much power.

Location was excellent. Bed and pillows were very comfy and breakfast was very nice. Hotel green patio was amazing. 💕
There was some construction going on upper floors which was little disturbing 😳
Pros: Location is top-notch. Staff are very friendly, courteous, and very attentive (a hallmark of the FS brand). Rooms were comfortable and the pillows/bed were a dream. The room temperature was adequate. Food was great, with a particular shoutout to cocktails at Fifty Mills. The inner courtyard is a beautiful and lush garden.
Cons: The hallways/rooms are a bit outdated, but the property is being redone gradually (which can also be somewhat noisy, but we were forewarned). The pool area is underwhelming.
