Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend sauber sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück ist wirklich extrem lecker und das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Nur das parken ist ziemlich teuer aber das ist überall in Den Haag

An elegant hotel with a great location.

An unpleasant incident occurred. I travel frequently for work, but this is the first time something like this has happened. Due to medical reasons, I require a specific diet. I had been using the room's refrigerator to store my food. Upon returning, I discovered that everything of mine (!) had been completely cleared out. I spoke to the reception staff and received nothing but "deepest sympathies." I am thoroughly dissatisfied with how the situation played out.

Une rénovation des bains douche s'impose
Pros:

Une bonne situation géographique et tout juste en face de l'ambassade du Canada
Très bon restaurant Le Sophia

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte avec un bain douche très dangereux j'ai eu peur à chaque fois de sortir de la douche
Une prise de courant qui ne fonctionnait pas près de mon lit

The service around breakfast could be improved … the buffet wasn‘t being replenished regularly, the coffee machine wasn‘t working smoothly, staff showed little interest in taking extra orders (e.g. eggs).

Pros:

Wir waren bereits mehrfach zu Gast im Carlton Ambassador Hotel in Den Haag. Es liegt an der ruhigen Sophialaan. Die Bushaltestellen Javastraat und Mauritskade sind vier Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Auch dieses Mal waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Empfangspersonal zeichnete sich durch hohe Aufmerksamkeit und Zuvorkommenheit aus. Das ruhige und geräumige Zimmer bot dank der großzügigen Schrankkapazitäten ideale Voraussetzungen für unseren Langzeitaufenthalt. Und geschlafen haben wir wie zwei kleine Prinzen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Badezimmer verfügte über eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot auch für Diabetiker wie mich eine sehr gute Auswahl. Das Frühstückspersonal servierte uns auch unser Wunschomelett. So konnte man erholt und gut gelaunt in den Tag starten.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Den Haag
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt im Carlton Ambassador Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, das Frühstück lecker und die Lage in Den Haag wirklich gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige und gemütliche Atmosphäre im Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts, was uns negativ aufgefallen ist. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

- ruhige Flure durch Teppichboden
- Straßenbahn um die Ecke
- Klimaanlage
- großes Bad
- solides Frühstück (am Wochenende bis 11:00)

- mir sind die Betten oft zu hart- hier war es auch so
- Frühstücksbuffet könnte reichhaltiger sein
