Pros:

kamer was prima, voorzien van alle denkbare voorzieningen. Ontbijt eveneens uitstekend

Cons:

Ontvangst bij de receptie en in het restaurant in de Engelse taal. Ik begrijp dat personeel lastig te krijgen is maar ik vind het onverteerbaar dat ik in mijn eigen land in het Engels moet converseren. Buitenlandse krachten die in contact komen met gasten dienen Nederlands te (kunnen) spreken.

I don’t mind returning to this hotel when I am back in Den Haag.
Pros:

The location, the room and the staff.

They also notified guests about the problem with the tap water and offered free bottled waters for guests.

Uitstekend hotel op een rustige locatie en loopafstand van het centrum.
Pros:

Sfeervol, comfortabel hotel. Oud, maar in prima staat van onderhoud. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijke staf.

Traditional, welcoming comfortable hotel
Pros:

Love the Carlton Ambassador, The Hague. Comfortable, traditional, welcoming, great location ...this was my second stay. Previous in February, when it was cold weather, and the hotel is warm and cosy.. lovely to stay in hot weather too...the balcony is a bonus.

Pros:

After a very disappointing first night at another hotel in The Hague, we booked the Carlton Ambassador at the last minute. We were so happy with our stay that we came back again later during our trip.
The location is perfect: quiet, yet within easy walking distance of the city centre and all the main attractions. The hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
Our room was comfortable and elegant, the bed was excellent, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Most importantly, we finally had a peaceful night's sleep.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Carlton Ambassador to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in The Hague.

Leuke kamer, prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Badkamer (van standaard kamer) beetje onhandig: douchen in bad en geen handdouche. Prijs aan de hoge kant.
