Pros:

Mooie kamer, goede locatie, lekkere bedden.

Cons:

De receptioniste was erg zuur. Zowel bij inchecken als bij uitchecken. Leek weinig plezier te hebben in haar werk.

Lovely walkable area - beautiful rooms.
Pros:

I was in a terrible mood when I booked this last-minute stay. The staff was so kind and handled my crabbiness with humor and hospitality. Very comfortable and well taken care of rooms.

Cons:

The parking situation wasn't great but at least there was parking (the regular on-site was sold out). Staff was very helpful in assisting with an alternative solution though.

Excellent hotel with wide rooms
Pros:

Very conveniently located between the Peace Palace and the city center, both accessible on foot. The staff is wonderful, very efficient and welcoming.

Cons:

The restaurant is really too expensive and prices have gone up again. It's really not good value for money
