Solicite alojamiento para tres adultos y un niño de 11 años (enfant) y mi sorpresa fue en recepción que me dijeron que era un enfant (0años) no me dieron ninguna opción de cama supletoria ni dos habitaciones dobles por lo que me tuve que alojar fuera del hotel, lamentables, nunca nos había pasado esto (no ofrecerte una solución) y somos muy viajeros.

J’ai demandé un hébergement pour trois adultes et un enfant de 11 ans (enfant) et ma surprise a été à la réception lorsqu’on m’a dit que c’était un enfant (0 an), on ne m’a proposé aucune option de lit supplémentaire ni deux chambres doubles, j’ai donc dû me loger en dehors de l’hôtel, lamentable. Cela ne nous était jamais arrivé (ne pas vous proposer de solution) et nous voyageons beaucoup.
