Aufgrund von den guten Erfahrungen die wir früher gemacht hatten, war dieser Aufenthalt enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die Nähe zur U-bahn Station.

Cons:

Wir schon öffters im Hotel übernachtet. Wir mußten jetzt leider feststellen daß das Frühstücksbuffet nicht mehr die Qualität und Auswahl hat wie wir das gewohnt waren. Auch der Umstand daß man eine Zimmerreinigung anfragen muß, hat uns auch nicht gefallen. Wir hatten kein Duschgel im Spender und die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Dies wurde erst bei der zweiten Reklamtion bei der Rezeption bearbeitet.

Check-In war schon früher möglich und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und angenehme Atmosphäre beim Betreten des Hotels.

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Abfluss am Waschbecken hat laute Geräusche gemacht, wenn Wasser abgeflossen ist.

Zerbröseltes Keks im Gang wurde vom Putzpersonal ignoriert. Nach Reklamation sofort erledigt

Ich weiss ehrlich gesagt gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll und wie ich mich ausreichend bedanken kann!

Während meines Aufenthalts im NH Düsseldorf City befand ich mich plötzlich in einer sehr schwierigen Notsituation, da ich meinen Reisepass und weitere persönliche Gegenstände verloren hatte.

Das gesamte Hotelteam hat in dieser stressigen Situation unglaublich verständnisvoll, hilfsbereit und menschlich reagiert.

Ob die grosszügige Preisreduktion, der unkomplizierte Late Check-out oder das allgemeine Entgegenkommen – ich war einfach nur sprachlos!

Gerade in solchen Momenten merkt man, was echte Gastfreundschaft bedeutet. Das Team hat mir nicht nur geholfen, sondern mir in einer ohnehin schwierigen Situation enorm viel Stress und Sorgen abgenommen.

So viel Menschlichkeit, Verständnis und Kulanz ist heutzutage absolut keine Selbstverständlichkeit!

Ich möchte mich von ganzem Herzen beim gesamten Team und insbesondere bei der Hotelleitung bedanken. Ihr habt wirklich einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen!

Für mich ist das NH Düsseldorf City nicht einfach nur ein Hotel, sondern ein Ort, an dem Gastfreundschaft tatsächlich gelebt wird.

Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und dieses Hotel jedem mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to the metro station, making it very convenient to get around the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing.
First of all, there was a mix-up with the room allocation, and my room was given to a colleague. This is confirmed by the welcome card bearing my name that was found in the other room.
The breakfast service was also disappointing. At 9:55 a.m., the breakfast area was already closed. I asked for juice, which had run out, but nothing was done to replace it.
Furthermore, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning was very noisy. I had to turn it off in order to get a good night's sleep.
The only positive aspect was the hotel's location, right next to the metro station. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

Второй раз в этом отеле. Всё прекрасно. 10 минут от вокзала. Чисто, комфортно. Чай, кофе, холодильник, бутылка воды. В душе всегда есть мыло, шампунь, крем. Отлично. Спасибо. Важный момент - выселение до 12. Мне это было важно. Спасибо

210€/ per night - for room which smells bad from drain in our room -

Not value for money - 210€/night . Small rooms - no amenities at all for 3 nights * 3 rooms - even if a flippers for carpeted floor !

There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the drains in our room, so we requested a room change.

Unfortunately, the second room had exactly the same problem, and we had to request another room once again. Eventually, we were moved to a third room on a different floor.

At 3:00 AM, we had to move all our luggage and belongings ourselves. Not a single member of staff offered to help us, and we did not even receive an apology.

The entire experience was extremely disappointing and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic hospitality standards.

I would absolutely not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
