O hotel em geral é muito bom, com apenas duas observações.

Cons:

A piscina quente é muito quente para o meu gosto, poderia ser um pouco mais fria. E o café da manhã, poderia ter mais opções ocidentais. Mas o restante é muito bom.

Worst experience while checking out.
Pros:

Good location to local food street.
Close to MTR, taxis easily accessible

Cons:

While checking out, the counter staff asked me if I have taken a coffee spoon from the room.

I got shocked, went back to the room, took a photo of the spoons kept in the shelf and shown him.

We used one spoon and kept on the table, other one unused.

The staff said he was sorry, but his behaviour didn’t reflect any apology.

I asked to talk to the manager and she also repeatedly said sorry, but she also didn’t mean it.

I usually don’t let other people spoil my day. So, I took my family out calmly and we continued our journey.

Fine stay. Location, facilities and service were all excellent.
Pros:

Location is excellent for convenience, safety and quite pleasant. Included breakfast buffet is fine and enjoyable with a variety of Chinese and western fare. I liked the noodle soup and choice of eggs.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. I'm familiar with this hotel having stayed there on multiple occasions. The hotel is older compared with some others nearby, but well maintained and clean and quite nice. It feels much higher end than the actual cost.

Tolle Lage. Metro ganz in der Nähe und auch viele Essenslokale. Grösse und Ausstattung des Zimmers
grossartig . Blumen in der Lobby grossartig arrangiert.
