Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friend if they ever travel to Tlalnepantla.

Las instalaciones en general y el gimnasio

Cuando llegué al hotel me informaron que no podia hacer el checking debido a que el hotel no habia recibido el pago del servicio de alojamiento. Yo mostré registro de los pagos realizados a Booking y las fechas en que habian sido realizados. La persona del hotel me pedia que yo hablara con booking para el tema del pago y yo le manifesté que ese era un tema entre el hotel y booking; finalmente me permitieron hacer el checking.
Por otro lado cada habitación cuenta con una cafetera, el primer día quise preparme un café y la cafetera no funcionó, trajeron una de remplazo y tampoco funcionó, finalmente colocaron una cafetera en buen estado.

El gym es muy básico, la zona muy conveniente ya que está a una cuadra de una plaza y muy cerca ade la terminal de ADO Tlalnepantla
