Pros:

The reception person did not speak English. He was very friendly though and with Spanish translator, it wasn’t a big problem. Place was quite old and a bit run down. It was relatively clean but lost stars because of its worn out rooms. Location was convenient but that also made it noisy on a Friday night.

Pros:

Miserable rundown property with none of the amenities offered. Unusable wifi. No front desk ever. No café, bar, deli, reception, newspapers, safe, luggage storage, tour guidance, daily room cleaning. The one day they cleaned the room, we returned to find the door ajar for hours. Complimentary bottled water means 1 for your duration unless you complain. They claim to have a restaurant but it’s actually a rundown pizza kiosk that you have to exit the hotel to access. You can’t regulate the air conditioning or use the window. The manager sent us many messages on WhatsApp which was annoying - especially when he tried to add numerous additional charges. When I pointed out a list of a dozen things that weren’t as advertised he claimed that I was the only person who ever complained. That couldn’t be possible. The only good point was they were responsible for sending a driver to pick us up at the airport.
