Hotel facile d'accès avec parking disponible. Les chambres sont propres mais un peu petite si on utilise le canapé lit, ce qui était notre cas. Noue étions 3 dans cette chambre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Petit déjeuner top !
Le 3eme lit n'était pas fait. Je trouve le prix elevé en famille (337€ pour une nuit - 3p)
POSIZIONE
The hall was very nice, with games and areas for children to play! Outside too, with pingpongs and the swimming pool open until 8:00PM. Restaurant was really nice, quality was pretty good and service was excellent
Room could have been cleaner. Even after 2 cleaning rounds, there still were leftovers papers from the previous tenants of the room. On the first cleaning round, we suspect the towels were not changed. You also have to ask for some items like a toilet brush that I think should be in the room despite the "green" call.
Location was handy for my business trip but it is far away from central Maastricht for those that need to be in the city. And the hotel does not offer/have any shuttle service. Staff was friendly to offer me an umbrella so I could go to my meeting without getting soaking wet (in absence of a shuttle service).
Quite a lot to be honest: 1) the room was not fully clean, 2) a hotel layout with only 1 long corridor and many (small) rooms - this is not what i expected from a Novotel hotel, 3) very noisy rooms with limited (no!) privacy. All noises from corridor and neighboring rooms could be verbally understood, 4) the price! Re latter, I paid close to EUR 300,- for a 1-night stay, 1 person. And the service I got for this was below standard ... sorry to say. No more this hotel for me.
Koffie op de kamer.
Kamers gedateerd. Douchen in het bad. Voor ouderen is dit not done. De slang van de douche is erg kort, waardoor je je niet lekker onder de douche kan staan. Asielzoekers in het hotel. Staan ook gewoon in de lift, bizar gewoon.
Dit hotel is niet meer wat het was. Laatste keer ook. Ook de prijs €148,- voor een nacht zonder ontbijt en parkeren.
I was welcomed by a staff member named Jelle, who was extremely helpful and set about resolving an issue with my booking. He did so professionally and with great efficiency.
