Cons:

Ausziehbares Sofa sehr unbequem zum Schlafen, für 1 Nacht ok aber bei mehreren Nächte wäre nicht erholsam gewesen. Wir waren zu 3 in einem Zimmer, leider nur Handtücher für 2 Personnen.

Wir hatten ein tolles Besichtigungsprogramm und zum Schlafen war es im Hotel ok.

großzügiger Eingangsbereich

Cons:

1. dass ich aktiv werden muss, wenn ich Zimmerservice erhalten will. Diese Aktion kann offensichtlich nur an der Rezeption aktivierte werden. Bei dem Zimmerpreis wäre ich davon ausgegangen, dass ein Zimmer gereinigt und aufgeräumt wird. Wenn ich das bewusst nicht will, kann ich dies kommunizieren oder mit Hänger an der Tür auslösen! 2. Pool erst um 10 Uhr geöffnet!? Was soll dass, gerade die Morgenstunden, ab 6.30 Uhr(?!) sowie die Abendstunden vor 22 Uhr sind wichtige Zeiten für ein bisschen Training.

Pros:

De locatie, dichtbij autostrade en wandelafstand van wat restaurantjes, was top. Het zwembad was zeker een meerwaarde, maar waarom niet verwarmd?
Ontbijt was lekker en aanwezigheid van lactosevrije producten!

Cons:

Kamer voor 4 was aan de kleine kant, rook naar cannabis en geen toiletborstel aanwezig, wel te verkrijgen..

Hotel parfait pour un séjour à Maastricht
Pros:

Hotel facile d'accès avec parking disponible. Les chambres sont propres mais un peu petite si on utilise le canapé lit, ce qui était notre cas. Noue étions 3 dans cette chambre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Petit déjeuner top !

Cons:

Le 3eme lit n'était pas fait. Je trouve le prix elevé en famille (337€ pour une nuit - 3p)

Plesant place, overall a nice stay, with some adjustments needed
Pros:

The hall was very nice, with games and areas for children to play! Outside too, with pingpongs and the swimming pool open until 8:00PM. Restaurant was really nice, quality was pretty good and service was excellent

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner. Even after 2 cleaning rounds, there still were leftovers papers from the previous tenants of the room. On the first cleaning round, we suspect the towels were not changed. You also have to ask for some items like a toilet brush that I think should be in the room despite the "green" call.

Disappointing for a number of reasons ...
Pros:

Location was handy for my business trip but it is far away from central Maastricht for those that need to be in the city. And the hotel does not offer/have any shuttle service. Staff was friendly to offer me an umbrella so I could go to my meeting without getting soaking wet (in absence of a shuttle service).

Cons:

Quite a lot to be honest: 1) the room was not fully clean, 2) a hotel layout with only 1 long corridor and many (small) rooms - this is not what i expected from a Novotel hotel, 3) very noisy rooms with limited (no!) privacy. All noises from corridor and neighboring rooms could be verbally understood, 4) the price! Re latter, I paid close to EUR 300,- for a 1-night stay, 1 person. And the service I got for this was below standard ... sorry to say. No more this hotel for me.

Slapen in een asielzoekerscentrum
Pros:

Koffie op de kamer.

Cons:

Kamers gedateerd. Douchen in het bad. Voor ouderen is dit not done. De slang van de douche is erg kort, waardoor je je niet lekker onder de douche kan staan. Asielzoekers in het hotel. Staan ook gewoon in de lift, bizar gewoon.
Dit hotel is niet meer wat het was. Laatste keer ook. Ook de prijs €148,- voor een nacht zonder ontbijt en parkeren.
