Great hotel in perfect location in Ghent
Pros:

A lovely boutique hotel in just perfect location in centre of beautiful Ghent. We were visiting with family and had 2 very spacious newly renovated rooms, with a very comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom with a fantastic shower. And an excellent bar to relax after a day of sightseeing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and we will certainly be booking here again next time in Ghent.

Ligging van het hotel en een goed ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Personeel die fouten maakt met de betaling en verwacht dat je het comolete bedrag ineens nogmaals overmaakt.
Comfort van de bedden was matig.

Pros:

De accomodatie heeft onze verwachtingen echt wel overtroffen. Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen, vlakbij de highlights van Gent.
Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd.
De kamers (wij hadden een superiorkamer) voldoende ruim en voorzien van een heerlijk bed!
De badkamer was eveneens ruim en de regendouche was zeer aangenaam.

Cons:

Vi hade beställt ett rum med view men fick ett billigare vanligt rum men fick betala för det dyrare rummet och dom sa inget om att vi fick ett billigare rum.
Vi sa till i receptionen om detta och först då så blev vi erbjudna pengar tillbaka eller frukost.
Vi tycker nog att dom kunde ha talat om det när vi checkade in.
I övrigt var personalen mycket vänlig och tillmötelsegående.

La mejor opción en Gante sin duda
Pros:

simplemente TODO el personal muy atento, las habitaciones muy amplias, modernas y cómodas, la ubicación es inmejorable cuenta con estacionamiento amplio y el desayuno uno de los mejores que me han tocado muy rico y muy completo es una muy buena opción para ir de turista

algo que no me gusto es que el desayuno me dijeron que terminaba a las 11 cuando realmente termina a. las 10 am por lo que el primer dia casi no alcanzamos a desayunar pero bueno eso solo fue un pequeño detalla sin importancia este hotel esta muy recomendable

Bel emplacement central, et facilement accessible.
Le restaurant et le personnel de celui-ci était très bien

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait que nous n'avons pas eu accès au petit déjeuner, car nous ne pouvions accéder à la salle avec notre petit chien dans son panier. Il n'est nulle part mentionné que nous ne pouvions pas y accéder sans quoi nous ne serions pas venu à cet hotel. Nous sommes allés le samedi soir manger au restaurant sans soucis et d'autres personnes avaient également leur chien, bien plus gros que le nôtre d'ailleurs. Par contre au moment de nous rendre au petit-déjeuner l'accès nous a été refusé.
