Vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt!
Het ontbijt is fantastisch, ruime keuze, je weet niet wat eerst te nemen. De locatie is uitstekend, zeer centraal gelegen. De badkamer is ruim. De kamer is ook zeer ruim en er is geen enkele geluidsoverlast.
Niets
We paid a bit more for a premium room but it was worth it. Lovely big room and full bathroom with everything you could wish for.
A little more choice on the dinner menu would have been welcome.

当我们下午3点办完入住，3:30左右在房间休息时，忽然有人在门外连续敲门，我没应声要去开门时，门人那个男人竞然能刷卡进我房间，看到我惊呀不断说对不起，这人高瘦也没见穿酒店服务员制服男人说他进来想问我要花还是水果，但他两手却空空，我说什么都不要，他就走了，由于在国外旅游多一事不如少一事，就没与那男人纠缠，后来退房时我也这事告知柜台，希望入住这酒店中国人，出门要把行李箱锁好了，也希望酒店能加强酒店房间安全，如果因为这点，我一定会给酒店满分，如果酒店电梯内有摄像头，应可查出此人是何人。
La décoration est épurée et l’hôtel très agréable, très bien situé pour la visite de la ville, le restaurant est très bien, service à la Française, et le parking sous l’hôtel, très pratique
The location was great for the old town local sights.
The staff was incredibly nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast had numerous tasty choices.
It was a bit far from the main train station, however staff was great at calling for taxi service.

Initially didn’t get the two doubles requested but it was sorted swiftly.
Great location, for access to the medieval town of Ghent’s churches , castle, restaurants, and shopping. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect.
Temperature in the room could have been a bit higher. A/C is central so could not be adjusted.
Great location, excellent breakfast, easy parking, room 339 was large with balconies overlooking cathedrals. Professional, courteous and helpful staff. Everything was superb. Highly recommended.
Leaving, should have booked a couple more days.
