Un excellent séjour dans un très bel hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l emplacement vraiment au coeur de la ville , la chambre belle spacieuse et très confortable.
Le personnel souriant , a l écoute et très serviable

Schönes Haus in bester Lage

Großartige Lage in der Innenstadt, schönes Gebäude.

Cons:

Zunächst wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, bei dem die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und in dem kein Telefon vorhanden war. Beides hätte vorher überprüft werden müssen. Erst auf unsere Ankündigung, dann das Hotel zu wechseln, erhielten wir ein anderes, weniger komfortables Zimmer, was aber gleichwohl als "Upgrade" bezeichnet wurde.
