la ubicación.
El acceso a la habitación, hay que subir escaleras, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, los pasillos tienen cubos de fregar y la ropa sucia a la vista durante mucho tiempo. El ascensor es muy antiguo.

Value is high ..+ 1 room at the roof was not suitable + the elevator is so slow
Location and incredible staff . Valentina, Eleanora and Marco were the most gracious and accommodating we have ever met. They made our stay a joy. We will return.

Le personnel à l'accueil est aimable mais à l'air vite débordé alors que l'hôtel n'est pas plein à craquer . Cela rend le Check in et le Check out un peu laborieux. On a l'impression que la direction leur met une pression démesurée. Il pourrait y avoir plus d'eau mise à disposition dans les chambre, surtout en période de canicule
We had some trouble finding really fantastic hotels in Come and this one was very nice but not stellar. The location is good, right on the lake, easy access to the town and restaurants. The outside area is lovely. They have a very pretty bar/restaurant with cut lights. We had dinner there and enjoyed it. The rest of the hotel is historic so a bit weird. There are a bunch of winding hallways which are confusing. The corridors are tight and stuffy. The rooms were fine but not huge and not super modern. It was a good experience but the rooms could be a bit freshened up and modernized.
