Una excelente opción para disfrutar del Lago di Como. Fantástica ubicación y maravillosa atención del personal. Descanso asegurado, desayuno muy bueno en una linda terraza.

I booked this hotel to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was honestly a lovely experience. I mentioned it was his birthday and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe double bedroom with a jacuzzi bath and lake view. The bathroom had underfloor heating which was such a luxury. There was also a bottle of wine in our room. Claudia on reception was particularly helpful and allowed us a slightly later check out with no extra charges. This hotel isn't an obvious choice when scrolling through the options on Booking.com but it really is a gorgeous hotel and building as well as perfect location to explore Como. If you don't like the large corporate hotels with soulless bedrooms then you will appreciate this one with lovely ambience and a character period building. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room was in a great spot with views of the lake. Very good value.

Easy parking, good reception, excellent beds, room and bathroom good, dinner and breakfast good. Solid performance but not beyond what one is entitled to expect for the rather high price.

Perfect hotel in every way! The location right by Lake Como is magical, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the staff is extremely kind and professional. What impressed me most is the architecture – a beautiful blend of historical charm and modern comfort. One of the best experiences in Italy, and I will definitely come back!

Sfeervol hotel op een perfecte locatie in het centrum van Como, schone kamer met fijn wit bedlinnen, parkeergelegenheid voor de deur, erg goed, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en supervriendelijke medewerkers.

É davvero bellissimo, l’ingresso nel periodo natalizio è pieno di decorazioni, tutto molto bello. Curato nei minimi dettagli, si sentiva un profumo di cannella/mela tutto ciò ricordava tanto il Natale faceva sentire bene. La camera accogliente, abbiamo prenotato una camera che dalla descrizione avrebbe dovuto essere fronte lago, l’altra opzione era “vista lago parziale” ma molto probabilmente hanno cambiato e siamo finiti in quella con vista parziale. Nel bagno c’era sia la doccia che una vasca idromassaggio, il bagno era molto ampio e spazioso, il letto molto comodo, avevamo però scelto il letto matrimoniale con materasso matrimoniale, ma il letto era matrimoniale ma con due materassi singoli. Molto comodi comunque .
La colazione a buffet buonissima, con un ampia scelta e il salone è veramente stupendo, molto accogliente. A mio malgrado posso dire che l’organizzazione dei camerieri non era delle migliori perchè il “caposala” o comunque quello che organizzava il servizio rispondeva spesso male o con sufficienza ai colleghi, e mi spiaceva per loro, ho lavorato 5 anni nella ristorazione e mai si risponde davanti ai clienti. Questa è solo una piccola parentesi…
Le foto della camera sono di qualità bassa e sgranata poiché prese da un video, spero rendano comunque !
Il resto del personale gentilissimo, gentili, disponibili, educati e pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Esperienza positiva sé ci sarà occasione di tornare, riprenderemo in considerazione sicuramente questo hotel!
