The Crystal Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay in Whistler, and the hotel was very nice and in an excellent location. The gym is a bit of a closet room, but we were there to enjoy the outdoors activities so it didn’t matter.

we go every year for an annual hockey tournament. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. This year we had to bring our puppy and it was so nice that he was welcome into the hotel. Location is excellent as it right in the village, close proximity to everything. Loved having a full kitchen to cook as I have a number of allergies and eating out is always a challenge.

Very friendly staff at every department. Excellent restaurants on site. Hotel is at a great location. We'll definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect.
The service we received went above and beyond our expectations. We were travelling with medical supplies being delivered in advance. We were notified when they arrived and they were in our room upon arrival. Fabulous service

Great stay. Excellent staff. Clean, new looking room and all the needed features. Didn't hear our neighbours. Great location.

The fold-out couch was the worst i have ever experienced. The mechanism did not work well to open the bed and mattress size left a 12-inch gap either at the top or the bottom and the mattress was very uncomfortable! This is our 7th year at Whistler and 5th at Crystal. I expect better, especially at 400$ per night.
Maybe time to shop around for new hotel for next year?

The facilities and rooms are always super clean
The staff at the front desk and the room attendants always go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating
There are tons of nice little touches at the crystal, they gave my son (7year old) a few toys to play with when we arrived which he loved
Everyday we were there, there was something interesting going on in the lobby.
One day it was a local beer tasting with a live band, the next it was a whiskey tasting and soccer game, it was great and it was all for free
Which for Whistler is rare
I appreciate the fruit water they always have in the lobby as well
Its a small thing but I find myself constantly filling my water bottle from the station
This is also a odd thing to notice but the parking garage has really nice murals in it, which makes it much more enjoyable then a typical drab grey parking underground
So great staff, great amenities, super clean comfortable rooms, the pool and hot tub are always clean, its all makes for a very pleasant stay
The crystal is my favourite place to stay in Whistler by far and I have stayed in almost all of the hotels in Whistler, I feel its very good value for the money

Loves the hotel, service and front desk was great. However after check out the next few days i got numerous small charges to my card. They had said i bought bags and cliff bars which i did not

Crystal lodge is so central you leave the hotel you’re right on the village stroll. It is still tucked away from the louder restaurants making it quiet. We use the bike valet to keep our bikes stored and safe when we aren’t using them and love this service.

Couldn’t fault the central location. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a balcony. (Unexpected and fab)
We asked the staff for information on the local buses, and for their recommendations on places to eat. They were knowledgeable on both. They had a printed post card with their recommendations for breakfasts locally, with a map of where to find it.
The pool looked clean and inviting but was limited on time and was sadly unable to use it.
Was sad to leave as the stay was lovely and too short.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Nice big balcony area on the standard king room too. Rooms were clean and comfortable with lots of space. The only negative was the parking which was around $40 CAD per night which seems expensive.

Great location! Steps to the gondola, amenities are steps away and many lovely trails nearby. Lots to do and the scenery is spectacular!

We loved our time at the Crystal Lodge. The rooms were great, super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight has to be the location, it is easily accessible and close to absolutely everything in the village. It was completely worth the money spent and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Great location in a beautiful city. Clean und good rooms. Nice outdoor pool. Good service. Parking was quiet expensive.

Only stayed here over night but found the experience to be very pleasant. Had an issue with my room being double charged but management sorted it out very quickly. Overall we had a positive experience here.
