Pros:

The location was amazing. Tight in the heart of the village. The staff were accommodating and helpful. We needed more coffee pods and adult robes in our room and we were provided with it right away. Our room was spotless.

Cons:

The pillows were toooooo bulky and big and uncomfortable.

Central village location, clean & comfy!

Wouldn’t go back, I stayed in another hotel Opersite that was cheaper and room was 100x better
Cons:

The picture is completely misleading, it’s basically a hostel above some shops and restaurants.
Building works everywhere, rooms are very small compared to others I’ve stayed at in whistler

Wish we could give the property 5 stars.
Pros:

Location. Closeness to stores and restaurants just steps outside the property

Cons:

Dirty and un safe room. My youngest daughter got locked in the bathroom when we arrive into the room. My oldest daughter found a used dirty condom underneath the bed. Disgusting.

Wonderful location, loft room, and great amenities
Pros:

We stayed in a loft overlooking the Whistler village. It was a wonderful room with all the amenities of home. We enjoyed having the ability to enter the room from two floors.
