The Crystal Lodge

Location was excellent. So close to the ski lifts and gondola. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect.

Super friendly and attentive staff. Great location and close to everything and quiet. The pool and hot tub were fine but it would be great to have a second hot tub; too many people trying to sit in such a small space. The afternoon drink offerings 3-4, a nice touch and opportunity to meet other guests.

Clean and central to gondola. House keeping did a great job and even took time to position kids sleeping animals in cute positions in and around pillows!
Valet ski keeping was convenient.
Location close to all.
Noisy at night with windows open, but no issues on second floor with windows closed facing street.
2 laundry room per floor and each room has a boot dryer.

Whistler was probably the friendliest ski resort I’ve ever been to. Also, it wasn’t outrageously priced (apart from a one day lift pass) for eating in. The hotel, The Crystal Lodge, was in a great position. The snow, for the 10 days we were there, was plentiful and well kept. The transport provided for the transfer was off good quality. The rooms were of a good quality and the employees took a personal interest into our requirements.

Awesome location! In the middle of village fun and a very short walk to the gondolas. Our room was on the quieter side (north wing) which is great if you don't want to hear all the après'ing all night.

I had a fantastic stay at the Crystal Lodge in Whistler. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire visit. From check-in to check-out, everyone went out of their way to make the stay comfortable.

One of the highlights was the ski valet and rental service. Being able to check skis right at the hotel made mornings incredibly easy and hassle-free. After a long day on the mountain, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing.

The hotel was also impressively quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated the room upgrade—it made the stay feel even more special.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the lifts and right in the heart of the village. Overall, Crystal Lodge delivers outstanding service, comfort, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Whistler.

Awesome room, views, and service. Right in the heart of the village and right next to the lifts. You can't get a better experience if you want to enjoy Whistler.

Very nice hotel. Well managed at a great location for skiing and apres-ski. The mini-suite was very nice with updated bathrooms.

Fabulous location in the heart of the village with easy access to the gondolas, restaurants shops and a supermarket for snacks and breakfast needs. fantastic room, comfortable and clean with all the extras we needed. Friendly helpful staff.

I want to convey my sincere thanks to the Crystal Lodge team for making our stay a 10/10 in all respects. We have vacationed at Whistler 5 times staying at other nearby properties like the Sundial and Hilton, but, none have matched the highest quality of our experience with the Crystal Lodge. From the time of making our original booking in November 2025 when the booking agent kindly accommodated our request for a room with a balcony, to the days leading up to our arrival when the staff also accommodated our request to add pillow top mattress pad toppers to our mattresses before our arrival to alleviate a back injury, I cannot speak highly enough of the Crystal Lodge's team's genuine interest to accommodate guest requests! Our room was excellent in all respects. Spacious, modernized, well appointed. Our beds were by far the most comfortable we have experienced at Whistler properties, which is vital after a long day of skiing (unlike a neighbouring property we stayed at where the beds were hard as rocks and terribly uncomfortable). And, the Crystal Lodge property as a whole is also very well maintained and perfectly located in the village. Lastly, Balam is a fantastic restaurant with terrific light bites during their Happy Hour after a great day on the slopes. We will definitely be returning to the Crystal Lodge again for accommodations for another ski vacation. Thank you to the Crystal Lodge for making our vacation stay outstanding!!!

Room here was fine for me as a single, would have been very tight for a couple. It had a rather cut up layout and a tiny window, but it was all functional, clean and quiet. Easy to get around hotel, nice lobby, with complimentary drinks served from 3-5 which was a nice touch. Great location, a few hundred feet to lifts and steps to restaurants. I recommend La Brasserie across the walk for delicious french onion soup and croque madame as well as really nice servers and people watching. For my morning cups, I also found Forecast Coffee toward the transportation square - excellent coffee, treats and service.

Great location right in the heart of the village, nice room with super comfortable bed. Friendly , helpful staff make it an easy choice for me.
