Pros:

La posizione della struttura è eccellente, vicino a negozi e impianti di risalita. Dall'interno della hall è possibile accedere a bar e ristorante, cosa molto comoda soprattutto in inverno. Ho apprezzato il garage coperto.

Le camere e i letti sono piuttosto piccoli.

Pros:

Perfect family ski location.
Pros:

Great central location. Close to ski lifts, shopping and restaurants.
Friendly and fast staff. Clean room and common areas.
Rooms are clean and spacious. We had two adults and three kids and fit well.
Good value for how convenient the location.
Noise level was fine. No issues.
Has a hot tub and heated pool which was nice. Ski valets, ski rental shop all right there. If you are a family going to whistler to ski it’s great and we would stay here again.

Staycation with kids
Pros:

From the early digital check-in process by email, through the careful instructions and services provided by Andy, it was perfect! The room was clean, well-decorated and bright. Ski pick up was fast and easy from the storage service. The service at the Old Spaghetti Factory and the pub near the lobby was superb. Pool at night with the kids was also a great highlight.

Perfect stay at Crystal Lodge
Pros:

LOVED the Crystal Lodge! Our 6 person loft felt like home for the week and was perfect for our family of four. Location was unbeatable, amenities were plentiful and the staff went above and beyond (especially Andy at the front desk!).

In the heart of everything
Pros:

We had such a great family getaway at Crystal Lodge! The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel was right in the heart of everything, which made getting around so easy and stress-free.

The highlight for us was definitely the pool. My son loved it and had the best time. It made the trip extra special for him!

Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and family friendly stay. We’d happily come back again!

Great Experience!
Pros:

The location in the heart of Whistler Village was great. It was a short walk to the gondolas, shops, restaurants, etc. Our rooms met (or exceeded) all of our expectations. And we really enjoyed and appreciated all of the staff! They were/are knowledgeable and professional, yet at the same time very friendly and personable. Along with the skiing, the staff made our experience great. We will definitely look to stay at the Crystal Lodge when we visit Whistler again.
