最高でした。
Pros:

ゴンドラへのアクセスが非常に良い。メインストリート沿いになるのでショップやPUBへのアクセスが非常に便利。部屋も綺麗で十分な広さがあって滞在期間の満足度が非常に高かった。

Cons:

ライトがひとつ付かなくなった。清掃でも改善されていなかった。（特に不満ではなかったので申告はしなかった）

Amazing! This has quickly become our top choice whenever we come to Whistler

Treat yourself to first class hositpality
Pros:

The Crystal Lodge is a first class winter resort experience. My wife and I had a great time, we are always treated as welcome guests, more like family, and we get to have a stress free winter holiday.

La ubicación es magnífica. Tienes acceso peatonal al hotel desde diferentes puntos. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Para el costo tan alto por noche los colchones son una lástima, horribles, se hundían de en medio. Dormir tan mal en un colchón pésimo mata toda la estancia :(

Best Hotel in Whistler
Pros:

I have just returned from a fabulous vacation at the Crystal Lodge hotel in whistler mid January 2026. I have previously stayed at the same hotel a couple of years ago so I knew what to expect. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the village less than a minutes walk from the ski lifts up the 2 mountains. Everything is close by – ski hire, lift ticket purchase, numerous eating venues serving a wide variety for food and a good selection of tourist shops.

The hotel were ready waiting for me when I arrived late in the evening after traveling for 24 hours, I received a warm welcome at the front desk on check in. I went to my room and found a hand written welcome card on my bed – a very touching gesture. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The room was just as described with a very comfy double bed, plenty of pillows and the accompanying facilities – kettle, fridge, tea/coffee machine, iron. There was also a selection of snack and drinks as well as some useful extras such as washing powder. My room looked out on to the Village Stroll, I never noticed any noise or disturbance from the street below or inside the hotel.

I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool most nights (The pool was heated to a sensible temperature and not cold). They were both clean and readily available to use, not crowded, with more than ample availability although the hotel was full most the my stay. The hotel has tried hard to provide for guests with cloth washing facilities, numerous water stations throughout the hotel, gym, a variety of indoor games and conference room. I particularly liked the ski concierge who happily attended to my skis at the start and end of each day.

I tried the local eating options around the hotel and enjoyed a variety of choices. The stand out ones where the Spaghetti Factory and the Beacon pub.

Atmosphere was just perfect – all the team were friendly and welcoming. They made an effort to engage in conversation and went the extra mile to exceed my expectations. Can’t wait to return.
