Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto espaçoso e confortável, banheiro muito bom e limpo, amenities de qualidade. Toalhas de qualidade e trocadas diariamente. Excelente limpeza do quarto, inclusive a água e as cápsulas de café eram repostas diariamente.
The room was very small, and one side of the bed was against the wall, so I had to climb either over my partner or from the bottom of bed to get in and out of bed.
The property is located in the village very close to the gondolas and lots of restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Parking is available on site which is a plus. We had special requests for a birthday and anniversary which accommodated and appreciated.
The air conditioner in the bedroom was a little loud and woke it on the first night, not the second.

Værelset havde et meget lille vindue. Vi blev overraskede over at værelset var så lille, at sengen stod helt op ad væggen og kun var tilgængelig fra en side.
Good value, location excellent
Omg!! I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels around and I have never experienced such incredible customer service. German Laurence, the front girls at the counter, the manager, Andrew ….I mean everyone was outstanding. I’ve not gotten such great assistance from neighbours let alone hotel staff!!!! You walked by staff and they were genuinely happy to see you. It wasn’t a phoney smile it was real. When I tried to tip Laurence, he said no I tried to tip someone else he said no and then I insisted because they just went above and beyond not expecting anything. I asked them how come everyone was so great consistently and he said it comes from management. The manager is fantastic. Well, yes, he is fantastic and he shares everything with his staff and that’s what makes them all wonderful this hotel really really does care about customer service. The pool wasn’t open, but that was no one‘s fault because it had to be repaired, but that’s why I took off two points in my review but really 💯!!!!!!! thank you so very much everyone!!!!!! outstanding!!
It was central very clean, but I can’t say enough about the staff and management.
Great resort free parking for tour bus companies none existant parking lot attendants short on information rather write a ticket than help out a tour bus driver with advise
Close to most of the town and all the amenities.
Bed we’re not comfortable to sleep. Room could use some maintenance. Washroom door does not lock which is a problem when you are staying in a group.

The room was lovely and large. Treats and blanket provided for dog was a nice surprise. The location was AMAZING. The pool was closed but by providing access to other hotel pools was great and very much appreciated.
The price seemed high, and makes it difficult for me to rebook, and enjoy a stay here more often. However I also do understand the high 300's is a typical "average price" these days :(
The staff were incredible, amazing knowledge and very kind and friendly.
The view was not half bad. Staff were pleasant. Housekeeping team was great.
The size of the room. Really thought that there would be a kitchenette or at least a bigger room. It was so small that my mom and I had to keep squeezing through to get things done.
