Hotel bien placé, proche du métro gare de lyon, facile d'accès, avec une chambre très calme qui donnait sur le parvis.
Un réel plus quand on voyage pour des raisons professionnelles.

Tout était parfait et le personnel charmant.
Le decor et le confort de la chambre. Très grande pour une chambre parisienne. La salle de bain moderne et spacieuse.
De ligging van het hotel is prima, direct naast het station Gare de Lyon en 15 minuten loopafstand tot Notre Dame. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker. Parkeren kan direct onder het hotel.
De kamer was heel erg warm. Hier ook melding van gemaakt, geen merkbaar verschil, het bleef te warm. Kleine kamer voor een gezin met 4 personen, we kregen ook maar 2 handdoeken. Douchegel niet bijgevuld. Koffie niet bijgevuld, geen melk. Kleine details maar dat maakt wel dit ik dit hotel een onvoldoende geef.

C'est un hôtel 4 étoiles qui est visiblement ciblé sur le traitement "de masse" du client. C'est un hôtel cher, mais rien n'est fait pour le rendre souriant, plaisant, pittoresque, ou charmant:
- une paroi en verre à la salle de bain, ce qui fait que le premier qui se lève réveille immanquablement l'autre, qui aurait pu dormir un peu plus.
- pas de vraie porte à la salle de bain, mais deux battants en bois qui laissent passe tous les bruits pour déranger le partenaire.
- pas de balai de propreté dans les toilettes, ce qui est extrêmement embarrassant.
- pas de miroir dans la chambre.
- pas de porte manteau dans la chambre, pour accrocher son manteau quand on y revient, et qu'on veut l'avoir à disposition pour ressortir rapidement.
- pas une image, une photo, une décoration, pour égayer un peu le décor plutôt austère des chambres.
