Absolut geniale Lage gleich beim Bahnhof. Dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern.
Tres bien place a deux pas de la gare de Lyon avec toutes les connexions Métro et RER. Tranquille et safe .

Excellent location, next to Gare de Lyon metro station. It has dedicated parking (though this was not cheap at 35 euros/day). Clean.
The room was very warm as they turned the A/C off. Made the nights uncomfortable. Small (narrow) swimming pool - pictures are misleading.
Breakfast was superb. Staff were nice. Common areas are nice and modern. Location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Rooms were quiet.
The bathroom is only semi opaque and you can hear people in the shower or toilet much too well from the bed area, some more privacy is warranted. Also if someone needs a light at night for the toilet, the entire room is filled with light.
We had a few warm days and the room was very hot - the hotel hadn’t enabled the air conditioning system yet (though the weather was exactly as hot as the forecast predicted).
I also didn’t like that the hotel messaged me to say that reviews lower than 9 cause their team to be penalized. This is a very poor management practice and/or a manipulative attempt by the staff. I expect these types of messages to come from third world vendors on Aliexpress, not from a reputable chain hotel in the heart of Paris, which should be encouraging guests to provide their honest and constructive feedback. Disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the metro station, making it an excellent place to stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, and we truly appreciated the complimentary souvenir we received at check-in - thank you for that thoughtful gesture. Everything about the stay was perfect. The only minor drawback was the limited vegetarian options available for us.

O ralo do chuveiro e da pia estavam fechados e com defeito, acumulando água. Chamamos a recepção e foram atenciosos mas só resolveram o do chuveiro. O da pia ficou com água acumulada, não mudamos de quarto pois ficamos só um dia.
