I loved this hotel. Beautiful location and driving distance to a few local towns. You need a car. Hotel was lovely and very rural. Staff were great. Room was lovely.
We will definitely return. Highly recommended

Great stay

Would have been nice to know in advance that under 16yrs not allowed int he gym even with adult supervision.

Also if you have an event on please don't put the drunken gangs or very excited teenagers in the same part of the hotel as the other guests as their running up and down the corridor until 1.30am was not welcomed the night before an important business meeting.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available
Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons.

Unexpectedly travelling on my own staff truly excellent, welcoming and supportive. Everywhere was clean and sharp. Used the gym each morning had breakfast on one and there was a wide selection available. Great location.

Fantastic very pretty Hotel with very pleasant staff. Breakfasts are excellent. Very popular for a wedding venue.

The property itself was amazing and carered for all. Lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for Warwick castle and town which we had tickets for a shiw to see.

Decent hotel for what we wanted it for, shame the wedding there that night kept us awake until gone 11pm

The hotel looks to be newly refurbished. Our room (447) was very clean and tidy. All furnished and finishes looked new. Bathroom large only small problem was step into bath. I’m only 5 ft so very big step over bath side as slightly too high and wide. Grab handles provided.
We had family room large super king bed the settee made up in to small double. Plenty of electric sockets with USB very useful. Air con worked well and liked complimentary drinks bar in fridge. Very quiet room. Staff all friendly and helpful. Had great evening meal and breakfast plenty of choice.

Good value for money. Lovely hotel, clean room

The only criticism is that the postcode quoted on all correspondence took us to Coventry Road, Kenilworth not Coventry Road, Warwick. We were helped by a lovely couple who pointed us in the right direction. I would suggest the postcode is amended for future visitors. The hotel itself was superb and the staff very welcoming and helpful and a bonus of an on site car park. We visited the bowls event at Royal Leamington Spa and it was perfect for getting to the venue each day as so many closer hotels did not have parking at all.

Overall great hotel and surroundings. Parking, restaurant, bars, communal resting areas, outside dining and chilling areas great facilities. Friendly reception and house keep staff. Breakfast very good.

Hotel was fully booked, so parking was a little problematic. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Our room was on the 1st floor and over looked so had to keep curtains shut. Not enough lights in the room. Overall good and i would stay there again.

The hotel's fitness center was truly impressive, offering a wide array of modern equipment and ample space for workouts. The pool area was equally delightful, providing a refreshing escape with its crystal-clear water. I appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs and the availability of towels, enhancing the overall experience. Furthermore, the hotel staff maintained both areas impeccably, ensuring cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the gym and pool were major highlights of my stay.
