Freundlicher Service, aber deutlicher Renovierungsbedarf.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal durchweg sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Auch ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel kann sauber und gepflegt sein. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr verwohnt. Es gab Flecken an Schränken und Möbeln, Schimmel im Bad, eine abgeplatzte Toilette sowie einen stark verschmutzten und rostigen Heizkörper. Zudem fehlte der Rauchwarnmelder.

Das beim Frühstück verwendete Chipsystem, bei dem ein Chip abgegeben werden muss, wirkt jedoch etwas veraltet.

Antisocial, racist
Pros:

My wife’s father was supposed to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, he doesn’t speak German or English, so I had prepared a message on his phone explaining this, along with a request for the reception to call him a taxi for a specific time to the trainstation, because he had to catch a particular train.

The receptionist refused and simply gave him a piece of paper with a phone number to call - despite the request and despite the written explanation about the language barrier. I am shocked that people whose job in a hotel is to help guests can be so inhumane.

This is an example of antisocial behavior and racism. If management is interested in which staff member was on duty, they can easily check based on the date of the morning checkout on Booking. I am truly disappointed and disgusted that such people exist and represent the hotel in this way - and apparently this is considered acceptable.

Nachts wurde die Heizung ausgeschaltet, sehr schlecht wenn man nachts um 3 Uhr aufstehen muss und sich im kalten fertig machen muss. Bei einer außen Temperatur von -10 grad
