We had a 3 night s5ay and would highly recommend this property. The staff and facilities were excellent.
Pros:

Common areas and our room were very clean. The room was well appointed and the bed was quite comfortable. The buffet style breakfast was good with a decent selection that was above the usual hotel breakfast offering.

In the hood.
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfy.

Cons:

Poor shower design. Ran out of body wash. People parking.under the overhang at the front doors where the benches to sit are, and on the walkway. Noisy during the night due to youth ball team staying, and drunk parents.

Disappointed in Premier Best Western
Pros:

Female front desk staff was not professional, she assured us that she submitted my Best Western membership number in the system so I can collect points , which I find out she did not. She was talking to many people at same time when she should of been dealing with me . There was a young man that could of helped the other guests. Not professional, rude, we didn't feel welcomed.

Cons:

Rusted shower curtains, pillows on the bed were not standard, queen or king size pillows but pillows that would go on your couch, shower curtain was ripped, loud noises after midnight, long black hair on the towels, red stains on blinds, hard to find the hotel.

The Ambience in the Hotel was simply amazing and the breakfast was great.

Keeping an eye at the car park would be nice. Someone got into my car and picked some items.
