Cons:

No me gustó que lamentablemente me mandarán un correo para cobrarme una taza la cual no rompí en mi estancia y que no mandaron siquiera evidencia quizá fue su empleada dejaron las luces de mi vehículo prendía y lo descargaron en el estacionamiento , buena ubicación

Praktisches, zahlbares Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Viel Ablagefläche und Platz im Zimmer. Schöne Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Leider war die bereitgestellte Flasche mit dem Wasser schmutzig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas abgenutzt und im Stil der 2000er, aber okay. Das Personal an der Reception und im Restaurant war leider nicht immer sehr freundlich.

Siempre que voy a CDMX me hospedó en Cle ya que es una zona muy segura, la atención por parte del personal es muy buena, en el restaurante a pesar de que no tenían un ingrediente preparado nos hicieron el favor de realizarlo, en general la atención del personal es muy buena y las habitaciones muy cómodas y cuentan con lo necesario.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que al reservar por medio de la app, mi factura fue emitida con forma de pago crédito, cuando pagué con débito. Solicité la sustitución del cambio de error al hotel y hasta el momento no he recibido respuesta.

Bien ubicado para turismo en CMDX
Pros:

Muy bien pensada la distribución del baño para uso familiar. Las habitación muy confortable, permite descanzar sin ruido y con cámas muy cómodas. Me encargaron las maletas sin problema.

Falta espacio y algo más de equipamiento en el gimnasio

Me encanto la ubicación, esta en una colonia muy bonita, la gente qie nos atendió en recepción siempre se portaron de la mejor manera y muy amables

Almost-perfect stay!
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, well connected with metrobus and metro stations near, and there are a lot of great restaurants and cafe options around. Very nice room, large enough for a family of 4 adults.
Many thanks to our housekeeper Karla, she was the absolute best!

Cons:

At the last day of my stay there was an issue with the blackout curtains, it completely fell off and due to the tall buildings lighting around I couldn’t sleep very well. Another issue was the soap dispenser, it fell off from the wall after day 5. Minimal details after staying one week :)
