Bed was comfortable
Staff were very rude..my mother booked a room for 2 adults and breakfast for 2 adults and when she was booking they were very rude to her and told her breakfast wasn't included..she is in her 80's and travels a lot and always pays for breakfast which was confirmed by booking.com breakfast for 2 adults even though room was just for her..and when the rest of the party booked ..the staff were very rude to us too and booking.com confirmed our booking too. The staff need to have customer training or maybe because we were not white ..they were not shouting or being rude to other guests. We know alot of people in Pamplona whose companies use this hotel but no longer..and we usually stay at NH Iruna which is much better all around. In all my years of travelling I have never had an issue with any hotel just this one. It ruined a small part of our trip the way they treated us.

El personal del desayuno es lo más agradable y atento. Un verdadero gusto desayunar con la vista del parque y la atención de personas tan amables y alegres. Gran manera de iniciar el dia.

Ligger lite väl långt från gamla staden som man vill besöka när man är i Pamplona.
La cordialidad del personal y la ubicacion.
Reserve 3 habitaciones, en 2 de ellas una de las camas estaba rota y la tercera estaba impregnada de olor a cigarrillo. Tuvieron que realizar el cambio de 2 de las tres habitaciones. En la tercera enviaron a mantenimiento a reparar la pata de la cama. Los amenities son escasos, pero esta bien.
Tot estava molt correcta. L'esmortzar tot i que al entrar al menjador vam veure les safates molt petites hi havia de tot i ho van anar repostan constantment, encara que vaig trobar a faltar alguna opció més de calent. Els ous cuits de la manera que vulguessis, te'ls feien en el moment. Bona ubicació si vas a la Clinica Univ. de Navarra.
A la habitació hi feia una mica de calor, el nordic era molt gruixut per la temperatura exterior i el climatitzador no es podia graduar gens. El preu de D/A, potser una mica elevat. Molt lluny de la part antiga si vas de turisme.
