Incredible staff. Comfortable room. Excellent care.
Pros:

I had an unfortunate accident and broke my ankle that morning. It was a very hard day and I needed to find a comfortable hotel. By the time I got to the hotel I was exhausted from the injury and the emergency room and really needed someone to help me. The hotel staff immediately started to support me. Helping me find crutches, calling me taxis, and just generally showing care for me. The hotel has been the perfect place for me to rest. The room is very nice and the food in the restaurant is very good. But the most important part is the kindness of the staff. It has made a very difficult time so much easier. And they’re helping me with my Spanish!

El trato del personal correcto y amable

Cons:

La habitación estaba fría, no funcionaba correctamente la calefacción. Carecía de escritorio y conexión internet por cable. No tenía armario un simple colgador donde toda la ropa se encontraba a la vista

Nice choice in Pamplona.
Pros:

Location was convenient. Very clean and confortable. Quiet neiborghood.

Cons:

The make of of the room can be improved. Amenities were very limited. Netflix offered but not available.
