Atención y ceranía.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la atención, la verdad el hotel es muy bueno y limpio. Definitivamente si me volvería a hospedar en este hotel :)

Cons:

El elevador, tener que esperar a que te suban o bajen, aveces tocábamos el timbre y no venían por nosotras y estabamos en el cuarto piso. También aveces huele un poco a humedad los cuertos.

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist toll aber zu teuer und veraltet
Pros:

Lage und Blick von Terrasse super. Rest deutlich zu teuer.

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet wie in den Vorjahren. Das Frühstück ist überteuert und nicht den Preis entsprechend.

Cons:

It is 1:30am in the morning and they are jack hammering outside our room. The job they were doing was not an emergency job but maintenance at 1:30am it was so disturbing and my husband and I couldn’t sleep. We had a tour at 7am the next morning! We were not happy!

No vuelvo a regresar, era uno de mis hoteles favoritos pero ya necesita una remodelación en todo.

Todo está muy cercas. La vista al Zócalo muy bien

Cons:

Todo ya está muy viejo desde las camas y toallas. El agua de la tina se va muy lenta y el piso del cuarto muy viejo y dañado

Wonderful hotel and great view! The staff members were always attentive and my room always clean!
Pros:

The location of the place is awesome, the view it's just phenomenal! The building is very antique and I know they can't change features of it or make it sound proof but other than that it was a nice and wonderful experience.

Cons:

The hotel is part of El Zocalo and there's always movement and events which we didn't mind at all but the sound is just too loud at times but since we were so tired we sleep thru the whole night.

Die Zimmer innen sind ruhiger…
So ist das in einem authentischen Haus von 1937.
Die Betten sind sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück gut!

Pros:

El hotel es simplemente increible en la ubicación. Te levantas te bañas, sales y ya estas en centro historico. Esta pegado al zocalo, es excelente para los meses de noviembre, septiembre, diciembre porque los eventos del zocalo los vez desde el balcón. La comida del buffet esta bien, pero tienes muchas mas opciones cerca. Tienes mas de 8 museos caminando, El desayuno rapido en Maison Kaiser saliendo del hotel es bueno y practico. El restaurante del Cardenal queda a 1 cuadra y media. El personal es super atento. Mi solicitud de cambio al balcon fue atendida de inmediato. Es mi tercera vez alojandome ahi. Por unos pocos dias si no te molesta el ruido de la gente en el zocalo, este es tu lugar ideal.

Cons:

el ruido porque hay patrullas, personal de limpieza y personas haciendo ruido con trompetas o conchas. Es parte del folclor mexicano, es algo que es esperado y no resta la experiencia de estar en centro historico. Si tienes problemas para dormir no es tu lugar ideal porque hay ruido durante las noches.
