The pool facilities were of a very poor standard. I chose this hotel because of the pool, but it was so disappointing that I didn't end up using it.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Location. But for sea view you really need a higher floor we had 4th floor and not a full sea view. I liked the cool water dispenser in the corridor. Beds were comfortable and great shower. The buffet breakfast and dinner was nice, something for everyone. The alacarte restaurant was good. Although email communication about an event meal was not quite accurate. There was a room cooler/type of aircon. And radiators and blackout curtains. Not too noisy generally considering location.

Cons:

The toilets did flush very well. I would have liked some drawers/more cupboards. I would have liked to be accommodated in a family adjoining room whereas we were placed four doors away from each other (a parent and child each). The lifts were extremely busy, on our day of departure on Easter Sunday it was so busy it took 20 minutes to get a lift (elevator) for our luggage, we were late for our taxi. The bins in the rooms are silly they have four separate compartments but people don’t know which one is for what, and the cleaner told me that (showed me) they put all the compartments into one bin bag anyway. It made it harder to throw our rubbish.
