Sauberkeit, großes Zimmer mit Balkon, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, großartiges Frühstück, schönen Innenhof.

Cons:

An der Rezeption war nicht möglich unserer Aufenthalt zu verlängern oder Information zu erhalten, ob freie Zimmer gibt, wir müssten die Hotline kontaktieren. In einem 5Sterne Hotel erwarte ich dieser selbstverständliche Service direkt an der Rezeption.

Pros:

They have some great facilities but it is starting to show its age. Staff try hard. Could be fantastic but need to be a bit more helpful. Room price was reasonable though they make up for this on food and drink.

No Booking, quarto aparecia como com café da manhã incluso. Porém, fui cobrado em 20 usd por diária para o café da manhã da minha filha de 12 anos. Reclamei, sem sucesso. Uma desagradável surpresa, enganação!

I loved it, mostly for commodity, history and design.
Pros:

I loved that it was designed by Ricardo Legorreta, the beautiful architectural details and that it was comfortable. The cleaning staff was very accommodating and nice.

Cons:

I think food prices were expensive and the counter staff was not particularly attentive.

Prima optie als je in de stad wil verblijven met een zwembad, maar te duur voor wat je krijgt, zeer verouderd en slechte
Pros:

Fijne locatie vlakbij park en musea. In de stad en toch met veel buitenruimte en zwembad.

Cons:

Interieur was erg gedateerd. Niet op een design/retro manier maar gewoon echt oud en toe aan vernieuwing. Ik had graag een paar uur later willen uitchecken en vond het niet erg om daar iets voor te betalen, echter wilden ze me een bedrag rekenen dat hoger was dan de prijs voor een overnachting. De dag van vertrek wilde de schoonmaak tot 2 keer toe ‘s ochtends de kamer al binnenkomen terwijl het nog geen tijd was, waarvan een keer behoorlijk vroeg. Dan gaat er toch ergens iets mis in de organisatie.

Pensé pagaba por una habitación como decía la reserva y me dieron una standard de menos m2 y muy deteriorada , que se escuchaba ruido muy fuerte y lejos de lobby, nada que ver con lo que pensé había reservado, pedí un cambio y me cobraron US $ 35.00 más diarios y dieron una mejor en la que el inodoro estaba despegado del piso y se salía el agua, no me querían cambiar finalmente accedieron de lo reservado, después de una incómoda plática y me dieron una habitación como lo que pensé había reservado que me dijeron era aún mas cara y me daba una cortesía siendo esta última más cerca de lo que pensé había reservado
