Muy descuidado muebles viejos camas desvencijadas y duras sin almohadas comodas solo me dejaron las decorativas pedí unas a las 11 de la noche se tardaron mucho en llevarlas al recibirlas ya no cerraba la puerta del cuarto la cual no tiene el broche de seguridad solo el botón de la cerradura, muy caro para él servicio que dan, lo solicité por la buena ubicación para las actividades por las que fui a la cd. de mexico.

Beautiful facility, very safe and well located, good staff and amenities!
Pros:

Club Level breakfast was great, room was ample, staff excellent.

Cons:

As a swimmer, I wish the pool hadn't been heated to over 90 degrees, as i was looking forward to swimming but it felt more like a bathtub. Very pretty nonetheless!
