Stunning, comfortable hotel with great staff
Pros:

The hotel design is stunning and the facilities are very comfortable. The Club-level room is more spacious than a studio apartment. The staff in the Club room (breakfast and happy hour) were gracious, helpful and professional.

Cons:

The only drawback is the electronic lighting and window blind system. Six switches at the front door and after 5 nights I still could not figure out how to turn the lights off and still not close the black out curtains. Not a big deal, but some instructions could help

Pros:

Heated outdoor pool, nice clean room, most staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

One older waitress at the La Huerta buffet kept harassing and questioning us during our buffet on the last day. We felt very disrespected and uncomfortable. She was not even our server so I don’t know why she kept coming to us! What a way to ruin an otherwise fantastic stay! All other staff were fantastic. I am happy to share more information with the hotel if they reach out.
