Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in.

A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply.

The Penthouse is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 6 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Pros:

Location! Without breaking the bank. Room was comfortable, we got there early and we're able to drop our luggage and enjoy Macy's parade in time

Cons:

There was a curry smell in the room (from previous guests?) We didn't care much, but others may have been taken aback.

I will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next trip to NYC.
Pros:

Location was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk from the Time Square, and l loved the view from my room which was on the 14th floor.
Hotel staff were friendly, warm and welcoming at all times, particularly Eric (Concierge) and Anthony (Security) who made me feel like VIP.
Complimentary wine and cheese from 5 - 6pm daily was a tasty bonus.
Also a free bottle of water at the reception (daily) and a use of the hotel umbrella during the stay was a nice touch, too.
The fun bit for me was to discover that TV was 'hidden' in a mirror.
I loved the pillows!!! And the bed was comfortable too.
I could not find any faults.
