Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in.

A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.

All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply.

The Penthouse is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 6 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Pros:

Central to time square.

Cons:

Rooms were a little run down with chipped bed head, small and dark. bathroom small , water did not run away in shower and sink needed refurb.

Pros:

La ubicación. En pleno Times Square. Nosotros hacíamos turismo de musicales por lo que estábamos perfectamente situados.
El personal muy amable. El equipo de limpieza hace bien su trabajo.

Cons:

Cogimos una suite en el piso superior. (2 adultos y dos niños). En las fotos y la descripción parece más grande. Era justa para 4 personas.
Aunque la habitación es bonita, el mantenimiento deja un poco que desear. La pintura desconchada, el cabecero de la cama desgastado …
En el baño no había ni un solo colgador para las toallas. Fue muy incómodo una semana sin poder colgar las toallas.
Son detalles muy simples que restan puntos en la valoración.
Por el precio pagado esperábamos más calidad.

Alles in allem bis auf die Sauberkeit OK.
Pros:

Lage, Lage, Lage. Die Lage am Times Square ist super. Man hat nur ein oder zwei Querstraßen zu den meisten Musicals. Mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen dicht am Hotel und auch bis zum Port Authority Bus Terminal ist es nicht weit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zwei Flaschen Wasser pro Tag kann man sich kostenlos an der Rezeption abholen, wenn welche da sind.

Cons:

Das Wasser wird lange nicht heiß. Wenn es dann heiß ist, hat man Probleme es wieder kälter zu bekommen. Kein Fön. Man sollte nicht unters Bett und in die Ecken schauen. Geputzt wird nur oberflächlich.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Times Square was für eine erste Reise nach New York wirklich perfekt ist. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die verschiedenen Viertel zu erkunden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas heruntergekommen (veraltete Einrichtung, angelaufene Fenster), und die Lüftung im Innenhof ist ständig zu hören.

upgrade in king size bett aber man konnte vin meinem Zimmer in ein anderes gucken und anderes herum. Bett hätte anders im Raum stehen sollen. das wäre besser gewesen

ABsolut betrogen gefühlt, was die Dachterrasse angeht. Es sollte eine geben laut Booking Bildern und beschreibung, aber dann hieß es. nein wir haben garkeinen ausßenbereich, der gehöort zum pendthouse. Ich hatte das Hotel unter anderem extra nur wegen der terasse gebucht. das war sehr enttäuschend. zudem kamen nochmal massive facility steuern vor ort dazu, die vorher nicht ausgewiesen wurden

Reception staff was disturbingly evasive at check in. Attempting the bait and switch on the room booked. There was an additional $40 hotel fee not totally made obvious on the reservation. A bit below the normal Hyatt standards in terms of sercovecand accommodations.
