The concierge Eric was the perfect host. Providing for us when needed. Patient with us as needed. And made sure we had a wonderful experience 10/10
Overall a nice hotel with exceptional customer service. We had a suite so my 17 year old could have his own space and it worked out nicely. Pull out bed wasn't too bad. Great location. Only complaint was the shower. There is a shelf with shampoo and soap and clean wash clothes that may have never been cleaned - was very gross.
This hotel was amazing, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Eric at the concierge went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a great place to stay.
The location and the staff
Elevators too small and took forever. Room was too small. The bed frame and headboard was badly damaged. The lamp over the chair, the bulb was resting inside on the bottom of the lamp. The room was poorly lit. The tv is inside the mirror which is hard to operate unless you’re standing directly in front of it. The bathroom shower door does not come all the way down so the water leaks over onto the floor. There was no way to hook your belongings in the bathroom.
Comfortable bed
The minute you enter in the room is too dark, no space for your clothes, no coffee machine. The space is tiny. They charge you deposit with no receipt which i still did not get and try to charge your card for unknown reason!!!! Communication is also very very poor. You are getting no answers ot maybe in like 3 days they answer you. Phone number never reachable
Great location. Room is small but comfortable. Room was clean. Staff is really nice. Perfect for a quick stay in New York.
Very central location. Also, they partner with TMPL gym with free daily access. I got an upgrade of the room to a higher floor, an the people are all very friendly. Room size is good.
Unfortunately, the room is quite noisy. The doors are loud and thin, so you hear other people on the hallway. The A/C is effective, but also very loud, and could therefore not run over night.
One of the best hotels I bin to recommend it for others
La ubicación excelente
climatisation trop sonore
I recently stayed at this hotel in Times Square, and my experience was truly a tale of two extremes.
On the positive side, I was very impressed with the room itself once I finally settled in. It was in excellent condition, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. While potential guests should be aware that the rooms do not have TVs, this was not an issue for me as I was only in town for a quick trip to see some Broadway shows [walking distance]. I also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese happy hour at the hotel bar—a lovely touch. Additionally, I want to specifically commend the bellhop, Josh, who was exceptional. He was kind, proactive, and clearly anticipated the needs of every guest who walked through the door; it was refreshing to see such high-quality, equitable service.
However, the rest of my check-in experience was deeply concerning. Upon receiving my key card and heading to my room, I opened the door to find it already occupied by another guest’s personal belongings. Thankfully, the room was empty at the time, but the potential for a safety and privacy violation is massive. Had another guest been changing, sleeping, or startled by my entry, this could have resulted in a dangerous or highly distressing confrontation.
When I returned to the lobby to address this, the agent who checked me in offered a brief apology but immediately attempted to move on. His response felt dismissive and failed to acknowledge the severity of the security breach or the violation of the other guest's privacy.
It wasn't until my checkout that a different staff member.Chris was helpful in connecting me with the manager,Anthony. Thank you Chris!
Furthermore, there was no offer of accommodation or compensation for the significant inconvenience of having to wait for the crowded elevators twice more after an already exhausting arrival.
Finally, I would strongly suggest that management look into the condition of the ground-floor restroom. It is dark, smelly, and consistently unkempt, with cleaning supplies left out in the open—a stark, disappointing contrast to the standards of the rest of the property.
While the bell staff and room quality were top-tier, the failures in security and the dismissive attitude of the front desk staff left me feeling very uneasy. I hope leadership takes these concerns seriously, as this level of oversight is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
