Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and location was perfect. Our room was great and very clean and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had.

É muito limpo, instalações OK e funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom, embora pudesse ter mais variedade de frutas.

Cons:

O hotel fica entre duas estações de metrô, e, portanto, longe das duas.

E em frente a nyanging road, que é uma 25 de março, é muito cansativa: sempre cheia e lotada de lojas. Ficamos na semana do trabalho e estava insuportável e assustador.

As instalações do hotel estão um pouco antigas, merecem uma reforma.

Cons:

Le camere standard sono un po' piccole e spoglie. Non tutti i receptionist sono adeguati, noi ne abbiamo trovato uno ottimo e uno abbastanza perso.

Pros:

Отель расположен в самом центре города, на пешеходной улице. Наш представительский номер был на 27 этаже с прекрасным видом и доступом в бизнес-лаундж. Отличный завтрак, очень удобные кровати и подушки. Наше пребывание в Шанхае было великолепным, отель рекомендуем 👍

Cons:

Номер немного уставший, мебель нуждается в обновлении, но на наше впечатление это точно не повлияло

Localização ótima.
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, cheio de restaurantes, lojas e shoppings por perto, é um hotel um pouco mais antigo, mas é muito espaçoso e organizado. Café da manhã muito bom.

Gute Lage, bequeme Betten, unhöfliche Rezeptionisten!
Pros:

Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer sauber.
Ich musste für ein paar Tage ins Krankenhaus. Catherine (im Team Operator) hat für mich alles organisiert und war sehr besorgt. Herzlichen Dank an sie!

Cons:

Leider hat es beim einen Fenster reingeregnet.
Leider war der Rest des Personals (Reception) sehr unfreundlich. Ich reise sehr viel aber ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten "Standard" erlebt.
