Staff not very welcoming. Radisson Reward Member status didn’t matter at all. Interior a bit outdated, not too well maintained.

Cons:

the staff is not interested in helping customers at all, we arrived in the rain with 4 huge suitcases, no one helped us move them to the hotel, to the room. the most dry attitude at the reception. the hotel is clearly not 4 stars. the old equipment is in the rooms, it is clear that everything has not been updated for a long time
