Pros:

The location was great,the room felt tired and could use an update.

Cons:

The ducts and piping above the loft bed was completely full of dust and was evident it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, so when the heating was on it was blowing dust all over my bed
As an asthmatic I suffered as soon as I was in the loft for the entire stay.

Needs renovation. Our room had a fireplace that only took logs that you had to buy from the front desk. I was told some rooms have electric fireplaces and some don’t due to renovation. I feel the rooms should have come with the logs.

Temp of room was a little warm for sleeping we couldn't figure out how to change it. Outdoor pool was hot on first night but cool on second.

We loved the location of the hotel. It’s an easy walk to the gondolas and best parts of the Village. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spa and sauna.

Cons:

We had a few issues with our unit. The first time we ran the dishwasher it leaked quite a bit of water from the bottom, creating a large puddle. We reported it, and it was repaired promptly. The water pressure was very low in the shower and sometimes took a long time to get hot.

Great value for money, family friendly and excellent staff. Would highly recommend it.
Pros:

Very central, spacious room. We booked a studio suite and it was excellent to have the ability to cook up a meal, especially travelling with a 2yr old. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall great experience. If you are looking for value for money, this meets the criteria.

Cons:

There is not much we didn't like. The lockers for our snowboards were a bit small but secure.
