La ubicación , el personal, las habitaciones.

Cons:

Escogimos ese Hotel sobre todo por el spa interior y nos encontramos que lo cerraron para arreglarlo. De hecho mis hijas las dos se cortaron con los azulejos rotos que faltaban (una en el muslo y otra en el pie) entiendo que lo arreglaran, pero me decepcionó mucho que fuera justo el día que nosotros queríamos usarlo.
Pero el spa exterior bien.

Great location, great staff, good value
Pros:

Excellent location, short walk to gondola/Excalibur lift and all restaurants. Staff (Ben and Mia) very helpful.

Cons:

Rather dark rooms with only side lights, and no one could turn off the telephone message light! As previously said, totally functional but could do with a refurbishment.

Great location, but the dated hotel and checkout parking hurt the experience.
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is the location, just a few steps from the gondola, which made skiing very convenient. The loft was also spacious and worked well for 5 people, so that was a big plus for our family. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the location was definitely the highlight.

Cons:

The biggest frustration was the checkout day experience. On both stays, we asked if we could leave the car in the hotel garage until around 5:00 PM after skiing, but the answer was always no, so we had to pack early, move the car to public parking, and deal with changing outside later. For the price, the hotel also felt a bit dated, and when we asked for extra towels, only one additional towel was brought.

Just what we needed - centrally located and comfortable room
Pros:

1. Location is ideal - very close to the Whistler & Excalibur Gondolas
2. Centrally located for all restaurants, shops. 6 minutes to Audain Museum. 10 minutes to Fresh Supermarket
3. Kitchen in room was key so that we didn't need to eat every meal out
4. Had a duplex and loved having the two bathrooms and the downstairs bed was a Murphy bed and so much more comfortable than a sofa bed.
5. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful
6. Housekeeping was thoughtful and provided extra coffee!

10/10 would recommend staying here
Pros:

Super close to the lift and a short walk to bars/restaurants. Staff are friendly and our room was very tidy (plus the beds are super comfy).

Cons:

One nit was that a dedicated dry room for snowboards/boots would’ve been nice.

Pros:

The location was great,the room felt tired and could use an update.

Cons:

The ducts and piping above the loft bed was completely full of dust and was evident it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, so when the heating was on it was blowing dust all over my bed
As an asthmatic I suffered as soon as I was in the loft for the entire stay.
