It’s a great location and staff but a tired building and facilities

We loved the location of the hotel. It’s an easy walk to the gondolas and best parts of the Village. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spa and sauna.

Cons:

We had a few issues with our unit. The first time we ran the dishwasher it leaked quite a bit of water from the bottom, creating a large puddle. We reported it, and it was repaired promptly. The water pressure was very low in the shower and sometimes took a long time to get hot.

Great value for money, family friendly and excellent staff. Would highly recommend it.
Pros:

Very central, spacious room. We booked a studio suite and it was excellent to have the ability to cook up a meal, especially travelling with a 2yr old. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall great experience. If you are looking for value for money, this meets the criteria.

Cons:

There is not much we didn't like. The lockers for our snowboards were a bit small but secure.

Great position within the village and great access to ski lifts. No need to catch a bus, this was perfect to be able to pop in through the day and not waste too much time away from the slopes!

We enjoyed it.
Pros:

Location is good and front house staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms need updating, the fixtures and fittings in the bathroom need modernising, there was a lamp in our hotel room that didn't work. In the sauna the benches are falling apart and there were nails poking out of the wood. This needs addressing immediately or the hotel is going to have some kind of liability case from someone putting their foot through the bench and severely injuring themselves.

It was disappointing.
Pros:

I didn't eat the breakfast. The location was good. Having the Keg close by was good.

Cons:

When we went to sign in. We had to stand and listen to 2 staff members talk about how the rooms don't automatically get cleaned, unless guests request it, despite seeing us walk in. Then we had to go through a tutorial to find our parking and room. The rooms were outdated, the tub had cracking paint, the shower wasnt working properly, the faucet sprayed water everywhere, while the shower was on. This was my first time in Whistler, so I expected everything to be high quality. For only a bit more money, I could have stayed in a nicer hotel, with updated amenities and it would have been all in one location.
