Pros:

Reception Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very warm welcome for us and our dog.
Great Location 30 min walk to center of Old Town great park opposite to excercise the dog.
Underground parking very secure but tight spaces ( we have a Honda CRV and it was a struggle to fit in a space width and lengthways)
Room was very clean.
Dog permitted in reception area where we could enjoy a drink from the bar and or food from the restaurant which was great.

Cons:

Interior room very hot and stuffy, AC was not working.
No kettle in room.
Rooms are not at all soundproof, I could hear the man next door in his shower etc...
Mini fridge needed a goid clean so did not use. ( didn't seem that cold so not sure it was actually working.

Cumple las expectativas para una estancia fuera del centro histórico
Pros:

Todo perfecto! Y las vistas sobre Yamaguchi, el Central Park de Pamplona, muy bellas ; )

Cons:

Pedimos cama de matrimonio y nos dieron dos separadas. También el WC era curiosamente bajito, no apto para jugadores de basket (no es el caso). Por lo demás, muy buena estancia.
