Nous avons passé un moment très agréable , merci pour votre professionnalisme.
Pros:

l'accueil et la gentillesse de toute l'équipe, l'emplacement idéal. Petites attention et service au rendez-vous. Le petit déjeuné était sympa, l'option champagne est a essayer.

Cons:

Sans être rédhibitoire, la chambre mériterai un rafraichissement, des revêtements type moquette par exemple.

Lovely stay with wonderful food
Pros:

Great location, beautiful dining room & incredible food, both breakfast & dinner.

Cons:

Was very disappointing that the fires couldn’t be lit, it was snowing with a wind chill of -7° but when we were asked we were told no!
Stairs are incredibly dangerous!

Le petit déjeuner, l'accueil, le personnel

Cons:

Nos voisins de chambres nous ont réveillés vers 3h du matin. Ils étaient alcoolisés et pas respectueux.
Nous avions contacté l'accueil pour avertir de ce problème, malheureusement la barrière de la langue nous mis en difficulté.
Nous avons nous même réglé le problème en allant voir les perturbateurs nocturnes.
