personeller ilgisizdi. balayı için gittiğimiz otelde açıklama belirtmemize ve rezervasyon kodumuz olmasına rağmen 2 ayrı yataklı tozlu bir oda verdiler. değiştirilmesini istedik ancak umursamadılar. tekrar değişim talep ettik ve ısrarcı olunca hata olduğunu kabul ettiler. müşteriye yaklaşımları kötüydü.

Pros:

Mooi hotel met indrukwekkende geschiedenis. Je ziet dat het hotel in een andere tijd gebouwd is maar dat heeft ook zijn charme. De kamer was fijn geupdate met een goed bed en mooie badkamer. Genoeg ruimte in de kamer. Ik lees in sommige reviews terug dat men het personeel niet vriendelijk vond. Daar ben ik het zeker niet mee eens, we zijn altijd vriendelijk te woord gestaan.

Cons:

We kregen de indruk dat er (op sommige plekken) in het hotel gerookt werd.

Pros:

I like to stay at Holiday because it's a part of the history of Sarajevo, and in the meantime has good rooms (very clean), good breakfast and good position in town. Staff is very kind.
At the moment there are ongoing works so the parking is not at its 100% but still there are many safe parking lots in the area.
The position is good, you can go by tram to the city center in few minutes, near there are many shopping centers, museums, the Vilsonovo šetalište to have a nice walk.
