ハートヤイで一番のホテル
Pros:

街の最も賑わっているエリアに立地している。フロントは広く、レストランやカフェも併設されている。スタッフはよく教育がされており対応が丁寧だった。部屋は広く清掃が行き届いており快適。バスルームは少し古めだがバスタブがあるため湯をはって浸かることできた。
チェックアウト後、搭乗便まで時間があり、フロント前のソファーに長居をさせてくれた(お茶まで提供してくれた)。
よく気が利く初老の男性スタッフがおり、滞在客一人一人に細かな気配りをしていた。

Cons:

バスルームのゴミ箱にビニールがかかっていないため、使用後のトイレットペーパーを捨てるのを躊躇する。
念のためフロントに確認したところ、やはりトイレットペーパーは流さず、備え付けのゴミ箱に入れるようにとのことだった。

Pros:

The staff are courteous and helpful, I think there is a staff specifically to attend Malaysians, so are certain other countries.
The hotel location somewhat in the town center, easy access to public transport, eateries and malls.

Fantastic stay and communication with the hotel staff.
Pros:

Before i arrived in Hatyai, the staff from Centara WhatsApp me informing me that their hotel were encountering some issue with their air conditioning, hence need to relocate me to another hotel. They put in New Season hotel which is also nearby. Stay was good, rooms are modern and clean. Of course Centara location would be better. Whenever i come to Hatyai, i will still choose to stay in Centara.
