Wonderful hotel, amazing friendly staff, very accommodating, delicious breakfast (the chicken curry was mouth-wateringly good), centre of Hat Yai so walkable everywhere, night market right outside, fantastic pool (and not busy), pool shower actually has soap and shampoo!!!!). Such a great hotel.

Cons:

The complimentary fruit bowl had fruit which was not that great when compared to the fruit available right outside from the night market. A small thing but easily rectified I think.
