We booked airport transfer online but due to some urgencies we couldn't wait for the pick up at airport. We had to go to the hotel by grab. The hotel manager offered us free flow of drinks and snacks for 2 hours being service recovery and also air port transfer from hotel on our returning day. Thank you so much. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

the location was great, friendly staffs greeting you makes your day. even thou the property is dated, the rooms were very modern.
the kerb while entering the toilet, hit my toe 2 times which is very painful.
Convenience to access to food and shopping. Night market just outside the hotel. Morning pasar 8s only 10min walk.

Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a mistake of double booking and charge with my stay. But the hotel staff helped me to sort it out with booking,com staff and refunded. The food, location and amenities were very good. The staff made the stay most memorable. Special thanks to staff name Ang who really helped sort out my problems with booking, Would definitely stay in Centara again.
