Location great for what we wanted
The people hanging around the outside of the hotel were unbearable and annoying I couldn’t go outside without being annoyed
Value for money. Clean, simple accommodation. Partially renovated room.
Good location, excellent tea bags in rooms, shower room satisfactory. Very quiet. Bed linen clean.
Gloomy room, window filthy, tired decor, one bedside table missing and bedside light not working. Carpet and upholstery looked grubby as old. In need of refurbishment!

Black mould, tiny room, unclean
During our stay, I found that the drinking glass provided in our room had not been properly washed and still had visible lipstick stains from the previous guests.
I went to the reception and requested a clean glass. However, I was told that the kitchen was closed and that they could not provide me with a replacement. When I mentioned that I would like to report the issue, the receptionist then offered to wash the existing glasses if I wanted.
I found this response very disappointing. A clean drinking glass is a basic hygiene expectation in a hotel room, and it should have been properly cleaned and checked before the room was made available to the next guest. The fact that the issue was only addressed after I raised a complaint made the experience even more unpleasant.
I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and ensure that proper cleaning and inspection procedures are followed for future guests.

Bathroom shower but mouldy room little smelly old
The staff was friendly and it was a great location.
The room was dirty. There were dust webs and cobwebs in every corner of the room. The shower door was broken. You had to step up into the tub/shower over two feet with no handle to hold for safety. Really was not a pleasant experience.
5he room was very clean. The bed comfortable
The air conditioner was very noisy. The breakfast Cafe was no longer open ( booking.com shows available) the entrance was disgraceful. Threadbare and misaligned mats, and the glass doors and Cafe doors were so dirty that you could barely see through them. Makes you wonder why the Cafe was not open

Only two lights in the room worked. There were 5 so the room was very poorly lit.
the room was very shabby & needed upgrading eg a new paint & new carpet & furnishing. Over all it was really scruffy & uninviting. The bath over shower was too high & hard to get out of after showering. There was only 1 sheet on the bed with a duvet over top very unhygienic. Advertisement said there was a restaurant there wasn't. We were disappointed & won't be back.
